高職院校思想政治教育如何堅(jiān)持以人為本的教育理念

【摘要】:以人為本是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的本質(zhì)和核心,更是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的根本宗旨。它要求一切以學(xué)生為本,以實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo),要求尊重每一個(gè)學(xué)生生存和發(fā)展的權(quán)利,將每一個(gè)學(xué)生視為教育和培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)。大學(xué)生思想政治教育以人為本就是要以學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為本,以學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況為本,以調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性為本,用先進(jìn)的思想凈化大學(xué)生的心靈,用科學(xué)的價(jià)值觀引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的行為,必須動(dòng)之以情,尊重個(gè)性,重點(diǎn)解決學(xué)生最關(guān)心、最密切的實(shí)際問題,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面健康發(fā)展。 這些年來,在如何抓好大學(xué)生思想政治教育方面,高職思想政治教育工作取得了較大進(jìn)展,但教育效果仍不盡如人意。思想政治工作仍無法徹底擺脫虛、遠(yuǎn)、空等弊端,思想政治教育的實(shí)效性問題一直困擾高職思想政治工作。造成這一現(xiàn)象的原因雖然是多方面的但與傳統(tǒng)高職思想政治教育一直偏離“以人為本”的教育理念密切相關(guān),要解決這一問題我認(rèn)為在高職學(xué)生思想政治教育中要做到“以人為本”,真正把大學(xué)生擺在高職學(xué)生思想政治教育的核心位置,才能增強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,提高服務(wù)意識,促進(jìn)學(xué)生個(gè)性化發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揚(yáng)民主,促進(jìn)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵拓展和方式方法創(chuàng)新。高職思想政治教育只有堅(jiān)持以人為本,才能培養(yǎng)出社會(huì)所需要的合格人才,完成肩負(fù)的歷史使命。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the essence and core of the scientific development view, and it is also the fundamental aim of ideological and political education for college students. It requires that everything is student-oriented, the goal is to realize the all-round development of students, the right of each student to survive and develop is respected, and every student is regarded as the goal of education and cultivation. The ideological and political education of college students should be based on the all-round development of students, on the actual situation of students, on mobilizing students' subjective initiative, and on purifying the minds of college students with advanced ideas. To guide the behavior of college students with scientific values, we must peruse emotion, respect individuality, focus on solving the most concerned and close practical problems of students, and promote the healthy development of students in an all-round way. In recent years, the ideological and political education of college students has made great progress in how to do a good job in ideological and political education, but the educational effect is still not satisfactory. Ideological and political work is still unable to completely get rid of the shortcomings of virtual, far, empty, ideological and political education has been puzzling the effectiveness of ideological and political work. Although this phenomenon is caused by many reasons, it is closely related to the traditional ideological and political education in higher vocational education, which has always deviated from the educational concept of "people-oriented". In order to solve this problem, I think that in higher vocational college students' ideological and political education, we should be "people-oriented" and put college students at the core of higher vocational students' ideological and political education, so as to enhance the effectiveness of higher vocational students' ideological and political education. Improve service consciousness, promote students' individualized development, fully carry forward democracy, and promote ideological and political education connotation expansion and method innovation. The ideological and political education in higher vocational education can cultivate qualified talents needed by the society and accomplish the historical mission.
