黑龍江省同江市農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人才競(jìng)爭成為了當(dāng)今全球國家間競(jìng)爭的主體,培養(yǎng)人才需要教育。我國是全球的人口大國,勞動(dòng)力資源豐富。我國人口數(shù)量占有全球人口的1/5之多,國內(nèi)人口的4/5是農(nóng)民,因此,徹底提升農(nóng)村人口的素質(zhì)是我們面臨的重要問題。農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育是我國職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著轉(zhuǎn)移剩余勞動(dòng)力和提高農(nóng)村人口素質(zhì)的重要任務(wù),其發(fā)展的狀況與其功能的發(fā)揮程度的直接影響我國全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的歷史進(jìn)程。改革開放后,我國農(nóng)村教育的迅速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了一系列不可忽視的問題。建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一是全力挖掘農(nóng)村人力資源;A(chǔ)教育、農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育、成人教育是提高農(nóng)村人力素質(zhì)不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié)。2006年,國家提出“整合農(nóng)村教育資源,發(fā)展成人教育與農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育”。隨著社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè),農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育越來越顯現(xiàn)出巨大的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)功能。社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)逐漸集中于農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育上。發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育,需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)其的研究。黑龍江省同江市是我國眾多縣鎮(zhèn)的縮影,以此為例可以作為深入發(fā)展農(nóng)村人力資源的例證,有望在全國擴(kuò)展。本文結(jié)合中國的具體情況,研究我國農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的問題,針對(duì)問題提出對(duì)策建議,對(duì)今后研究具有意義。 本論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料的研究與調(diào)研相結(jié)合、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法和比較分析的研究方法,對(duì)人力資源開發(fā)和農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行概念界定,以相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),著眼于現(xiàn)實(shí)與未來,分析了同江市農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀、主要問題和制約因素。針對(duì)職業(yè)教育學(xué)校招生不理想的問題對(duì)同江市初中生進(jìn)行了一次調(diào)查,通過得到的數(shù)據(jù)以及借鑒國外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)并得到的啟示,有針對(duì)性的提出了推進(jìn)未來農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展與改革的對(duì)策建議。 我國農(nóng)村人多地少,要想發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)就要減少承載量,轉(zhuǎn)移大量剩余勞動(dòng)力,這項(xiàng)任務(wù)就由農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育來完成,因此我國農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展前景是很廣闊的,但任務(wù)發(fā)展,為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村,,建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。 很艱巨。本文中的論述并不完善,研究有待于深化,以推動(dòng)同江市農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的進(jìn)一步
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, talent competition has become the main body of competition among countries all over the world. Our country is the global population big country, the labor force resources are abundant. The population of our country accounts for as much as one fifth of the world's population, and four fifths of the population in China is a farmer. Therefore, it is an important problem for us to thoroughly improve the quality of the rural population. Rural vocational education is an important part of vocational education in our country, which shoulders the important task of transferring surplus labor force and improving the quality of rural population. The condition of its development and the exertion degree of its function have a direct influence on the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural education in China, a series of problems can not be ignored. One of the important links of building a well-off society is to excavate rural human resources. Basic education, rural vocational education and adult education are indispensable links to improve rural human quality. In 2006, the government put forward "integrate rural educational resources, develop adult education and rural vocational education". With the construction of new socialist countryside and harmonious society, rural vocational education has more and more great social and economic functions. The focus of social concern is gradually concentrated on rural vocational education. To develop rural vocational education, we need to strengthen its research. Tongjiang City in Heilongjiang Province is the epitome of many counties and towns in our country. It can be used as an example for the further development of rural human resources and is expected to expand in the whole country. This paper studies the problems existing in the development of rural vocational education in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which is of significance to the future research. This paper uses the literature research and the investigation, the mathematical statistics analysis method and the comparative analysis research method, carries on the concept definition to the human resources development and the rural vocational education, with the related basic theory as the instruction. Focusing on reality and future, this paper analyzes the present situation, main problems and restrictive factors of rural vocational education in Tongjiang City. Aiming at the problem of imperfect enrollment in vocational education schools, this paper makes a survey on junior high school students in Tongjiang City, and draws lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and draws inspiration from the data obtained. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development and reform of rural vocational education in the future are put forward. In order to develop agriculture, we must reduce the carrying capacity and transfer a large number of surplus labor force. This task is accomplished by rural vocational education. Therefore, the development prospect of rural vocational education in our country is very broad, but the task is developing. To build a new socialist countryside, building a harmonious society to make contributions. It's hard. The discussion in this paper is not perfect, the research needs to be deepened, in order to promote the further development of rural vocational education in Tongjiang City.
