【摘要】：隨著各種后現(xiàn)代主義思潮的出現(xiàn),現(xiàn)代管理觀也由以工具價值為導(dǎo)向向以目的價值為導(dǎo)向的哲學(xué)觀轉(zhuǎn)變,促使政府管理觀也做出相應(yīng)調(diào)適。在職業(yè)教育校企合作發(fā)展的歷程中,政府存在著輕法律管理、重政策管理,輕社會管理、重政府管理,輕市場監(jiān)管、重行政審批等問題。校企合作的深度融合,需要政府逐步從單向的行政命令走向雙向的溝通對話。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of various postmodernism thoughts, the modern management view has also changed from the tool value orientation to the goal value oriented philosophy view, which urges the government management view to make the corresponding adjustment. In the course of the cooperation and development of vocational education between schools and enterprises, the government has some problems, such as neglecting legal management, emphasizing policy management, neglecting social management, attaching importance to government management, neglecting market supervision, and attaching importance to administrative examination and approval. The deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation requires the government to move from one-way executive order to two-way communication and dialogue.
