職業(yè)教育科研評價方式與改進策略

【摘要】:目前,職業(yè)教育科研評價方式存在著評價方式單一、重數(shù)量輕質(zhì)量、評價目標模糊、評價重心迷失等諸多缺位和錯位問題,評價結(jié)果難以有效反映職業(yè)教育科研的應用價值并全面衡量教師的科研素質(zhì)與績效。因此,高職院校應結(jié)合自身應用型科研定位,明確評價導向,運用多元化職業(yè)教育科研評價方式,構(gòu)建特色化職業(yè)教育科研評價方式標準體系,確定職業(yè)教育科研評價方式的重心,加快改進教育教學理念、模式、方式,全面提升教育教學質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many vacancy and dislocation problems in the evaluation of vocational education and scientific research, such as the single evaluation mode, the emphasis on quantity and quality, the vague evaluation goal, the loss of evaluation center of gravity, and so on. The evaluation results can not effectively reflect the applied value of scientific research in vocational education and comprehensively measure teachers' scientific research quality and performance. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should combine their own applied scientific research orientation, make clear the evaluation direction, use the diversified evaluation methods of vocational education scientific research, and construct the standard system of the characteristic vocational education scientific research evaluation mode. The emphasis of evaluation of scientific research in vocational education should be determined to speed up the improvement of educational and teaching concepts, models and methods, and to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way.
