教師專業(yè)發(fā)展視角下中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理策略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著社會(huì)對(duì)中等職業(yè)技術(shù)人才的需求增多和國(guó)家對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育的重視程度越來越高,促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化教師管理,成為辦好中等職業(yè)教育關(guān)鍵。但是,目前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理過程中存在著嚴(yán)重影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的諸多問題。本課題研究中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理如何改善、優(yōu)化、創(chuàng)新,為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供援助和支持,從而促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。 本文共分為四章,探討教師專業(yè)發(fā)展視角下中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理策略。 第一章是導(dǎo)論,在簡(jiǎn)單梳理了研究背景和研究意義后,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外教師管理、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展及教師專業(yè)發(fā)展視角下的教師管理的文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行了綜述,并進(jìn)行了核心概念的界定。 第二章是概念研究,梳理教師管理的內(nèi)涵,理論基礎(chǔ);教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,背景分析,進(jìn)而總結(jié)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理與教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的聯(lián)系。 第三章是現(xiàn)狀研究,通過文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)地調(diào)研,設(shè)計(jì)問卷調(diào)查,通過問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師管理的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題以及阻礙教師專業(yè)發(fā)展不合理的教師管理因素,分析問題及其成因。 第四章是本文的重點(diǎn),提出了能促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的教師管理的策略和實(shí)踐途徑。從改變觀念,創(chuàng)新理念,引導(dǎo)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;改善制度,促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,激勵(lì)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)保障,激發(fā)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;創(chuàng)新措施,加強(qiáng)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;創(chuàng)新環(huán)境氛圍,推動(dòng)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展;創(chuàng)新自我,引領(lǐng)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for secondary vocational and technical talents in society and the increasing attention paid by the state to secondary vocational education, promoting the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools and optimizing teachers' management have become the key to run the secondary vocational education well. However, there are many problems which seriously affect the professional development of teachers in the process of teacher management in secondary vocational schools. This paper studies how to improve, optimize and innovate teachers' management in secondary vocational schools, and provide assistance and support for teachers' professional development so as to promote the development of secondary vocational education. This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the teacher management strategy of secondary vocational school from the perspective of teacher professional development. The first chapter is the introduction. After combing the research background and significance, the paper summarizes the literature on teacher management, teacher professional development and teacher professional development, and defines the core concepts. The second chapter is a conceptual study, combing the connotation of teacher management, the theoretical basis, the connotation of teacher professional development, background analysis, and then summarizes the relationship between teacher management and teacher professional development in secondary vocational schools. The third chapter is the present situation research, through the literature and field investigation, designs the questionnaire survey, through the questionnaire survey, has summarized the secondary vocational school teacher management present situation, the existence question, The problems existing in teachers' professional development and the factors of teachers' management which hinder teachers' professional development are analyzed. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, and puts forward the strategies and practical ways to promote teachers' professional development.
