【摘要】：世界技能大賽是當(dāng)今世界最重要的職業(yè)技能競(jìng)賽。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、德?tīng)柗品ǖ确椒?從區(qū)域、國(guó)家(地區(qū))兩個(gè)層面,對(duì)第37—42屆世界技能大賽的獎(jiǎng)牌分布與特征進(jìn)行分析。研究表明,世界技能大賽金牌及獎(jiǎng)牌分布尚不平衡,具有明顯的區(qū)域特征、國(guó)家(地區(qū))特征和項(xiàng)目集群特征。獎(jiǎng)牌的區(qū)域分布呈階梯形:歐洲、亞洲為第一梯隊(duì),美洲、大洋洲為第二梯隊(duì),非洲為第三梯隊(duì)。金牌的國(guó)家(地區(qū))分布與此對(duì)應(yīng),歐洲強(qiáng)國(guó)保持優(yōu)勢(shì),亞洲強(qiáng)國(guó)后來(lái)居上,南美巴西異軍突起。在此格局下,我國(guó)應(yīng)充分利用舉國(guó)體制優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)競(jìng)賽研究,優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略布局,提高備賽、參賽的科學(xué)性,力爭(zhēng)早日實(shí)現(xiàn)金牌零的突破。
[Abstract]:World skill contest is the most important vocational skill competition in the world today. By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and Delphi's method, this paper analyzes the medal distribution and characteristics of the 37-42nd World skill Competition from the regional and national (regional) levels. The results show that the distribution of gold medals and medals in the world skill competition is not balanced and has obvious regional characteristics, national (regional) characteristics and event cluster characteristics. The regional distribution of medals is ladder: Europe, Asia as the first echelon, America, Oceania as the second echelon, Africa as the third echelon. The distribution of gold medal countries (regions) corresponds to this, the European powers maintain the advantage, the Asian powers come later, and South America and Brazil emerge. Under this situation, our country should make full use of the advantages of the national system, strengthen the research of competition, optimize the strategic layout, improve the scientificalness of preparation, and strive to achieve the breakthrough of zero gold medal as soon as possible.
