【摘要】：職業(yè)教育對釋放人力資本紅利具有重大戰(zhàn)略意義,是培育"中國工匠"最重要的途徑。如何通過推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育轉(zhuǎn)型,激發(fā)人力資本紅利?本文認(rèn)為,要構(gòu)建職業(yè)教育多元主體互動辦學(xué)機(jī)制與多元化投入機(jī)制,暢通技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)"立交橋",鼓勵探索現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制,建立與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相銜接的專業(yè)課程體系,加快培育一批具有"工匠精神"的技術(shù)技能型人才;要補(bǔ)齊農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)和農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育短板,推進(jìn)農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)型為產(chǎn)業(yè)工人,培育一批新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化;要促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的國際交流與合作,為深化"一帶一路"合作提供國際化技術(shù)技能人才。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is of great strategic significance to release human capital dividend and is the most important way to cultivate Chinese craftsmen. How to stimulate the dividend of human capital by promoting the transformation of vocational education? This paper holds that it is necessary to construct the interactive running mechanism and investment mechanism of multiple subjects in vocational education, to unblock the "overpass" for the cultivation of technical and technical talents, to encourage the exploration of modern apprenticeship system, and to establish a professional curriculum system that is connected with the development of industry. We should speed up the training of migrant workers and rural vocational education to promote the transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers, cultivate a number of new professional farmers, and promote agricultural modernization, accelerate the cultivation of a group of skilled technical talents with the spirit of "craftsmen", and complement the training of migrant workers and the shortage of vocational education in rural areas. To promote international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education and training, to provide international technical skills for deepening Belt and Road cooperation.
