家庭庇護(hù)連帶下的高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)逆向選擇行為影響因素研究

【摘要】:基于大學(xué)生就業(yè)逆向選擇行為影響理論文獻(xiàn),致力于調(diào)查分析家庭庇護(hù)連帶下高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)逆向選擇行為的影響因素,采用實(shí)證方式檢驗(yàn)影響作用機(jī)制理論假說。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):社會(huì)資本和文化資本因素對高職學(xué)生就業(yè)逆向意愿產(chǎn)生顯著影響作用;而人力資本作為生產(chǎn)能力和配置能力的資源,起到關(guān)鍵中介調(diào)節(jié)作用,且人力資本在家庭資本如何影響就業(yè)逆向意向形成的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中起到緩解作用,因此,要降低就業(yè)逆向意愿形成,促進(jìn)正向就業(yè)意向。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature on the influence of employment adverse selection behavior of college students, this paper is devoted to investigating and analyzing the influencing factors of employment adverse selection behavior of higher vocational college students under the condition of family shelter, and using the empirical method to test the hypothesis of influence mechanism theory. It is found that the factors of social capital and cultural capital play a significant role in influencing vocational students' adverse willingness to obtain employment, while human capital, as a resource of productive capacity and allocation ability, plays a key role in mediating and regulating. Human capital plays a mitigating role in the relationship network of how household capital affects the formation of adverse intention of employment, so it is necessary to reduce the formation of adverse intention of employment and promote positive intention of employment.
