【摘要】：校企合作是提升職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要途徑。文章首先闡述了校企合作的含義。然后分析了校企合作環(huán)境下職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀:實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊,缺乏對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的建設(shè)和研究;實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理體制不健全,校企合作關(guān)系不夠穩(wěn)固;實(shí)踐教學(xué)"雙師型"師資匱乏,教學(xué)效率低;實(shí)踐教學(xué)過(guò)程管理措施不完善,教學(xué)效果差。最后論述了校企合作環(huán)境下職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的構(gòu)建:職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的構(gòu)建,職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)組織管理機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)動(dòng)力機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)師資培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)信息反饋機(jī)制的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the quality of practical teaching in vocational education. The article first elaborated the school enterprise cooperation the meaning. Then it analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in vocational education under the cooperative environment of school and enterprise: the content of practical teaching is outmoded, the construction and research of practical teaching system is lacking, the management system of practical teaching is not perfect, and the cooperative relationship between school and enterprise is not stable enough. Practice teaching "double qualified" teachers are scarce, teaching efficiency is low, practical teaching process management measures are not perfect, teaching effect is poor. Finally, the paper discusses the construction of the operational mechanism of vocational education practice teaching under the cooperation environment of school and enterprise: the construction of vocational education practice teaching system, the construction of vocational education practice teaching organization and management mechanism, and the construction of vocational education practice teaching motive mechanism. The construction of teacher training mechanism of vocational education practice teaching, the construction of monitoring and evaluation mechanism of vocational education practice teaching, and the construction of information feedback mechanism of vocational education practice teaching.
