【摘要】：近年來,現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制已成為我國職業(yè)教育改革和發(fā)展的熱點,有關(guān)研究成果不斷,不僅關(guān)注現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的內(nèi)涵研究,而且還對我國探索和建立現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的必要性以及發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行了深入的研究和探討。但目前針對這些關(guān)鍵問題的研究,在理論架構(gòu)、研究視角以及研究方法等方面仍有不足。未來的研究可以在擴(kuò)大視角、強(qiáng)化理論研究的同時,聚焦問題、系統(tǒng)研究,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范方法、加強(qiáng)實證,積極探索現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制本土化發(fā)展的具體方法和策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the modern apprenticeship system has become a hot spot in the reform and development of vocational education in China. The necessity of exploring and establishing modern apprenticeship system and its development path are also discussed. However, the current research on these key issues is still inadequate in the theoretical framework, research perspective and research methods. The future research can expand the angle of view, strengthen the theoretical research, at the same time, focus on the problem, systematic research, further standardize the method, strengthen the demonstration, actively explore the specific methods and strategies of the localization development of modern apprenticeship system.
