【摘要】:唐山市是近代工業(yè)發(fā)展的搖籃,長久以來,唐山市的鋼鐵、冶金、裝備制造和建筑行業(yè)是其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要來源,但是近年來面對空氣污染不斷加劇、自然資源存量不斷減少等現(xiàn)實困境,唐山市在國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型背景下開始了產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型探索。與此同時,唐山市高等職業(yè)教育院校發(fā)展進入快速發(fā)展期,5所高等職業(yè)教育院校相繼成立并步入正軌,但是目前高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展與唐山市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型之間存在著矛盾,基于上述原因,筆者選擇了該研究課題。首先,本文介紹了唐山市經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型背景下高等職業(yè)教育研究的選題背景、研究現(xiàn)狀及本文所采用的研究方法;同時,對高等職業(yè)教育概念進行了梳理和界定,并以人力資本理論和三螺旋理論為基礎進行了理論分析。通過比較研究方法,對美國、德國和澳大利亞的高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式進行研究,認為重視市場力量、完善教育體系和重視校企合作是其重要的成功經(jīng)驗。其次,本文總結(jié)了唐山市目前的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整目標以及對于人才的需求狀況,總結(jié)了唐山市目前5所高等職業(yè)教育院校的發(fā)展整體現(xiàn)狀、運行機制、教育體系和人才培養(yǎng)模式。最后,本文總結(jié)了唐山市高等職業(yè)教育在經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型背景下存在的不足,包括與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不適應、運行機制不合理、教育體系不完善、專業(yè)設置不合理、教師隊伍建設落后以及校企合作廣度和深度不足等六方面問題,并針對存在的問題提出具有針對性和可行性的發(fā)展建議。本文以比較分析和實證分析為基礎,分析唐山市經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型背景下高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展途徑,以明確唐山市轉(zhuǎn)型目標和人才需求,明晰唐山市高等職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的關系,并通過發(fā)展問題和發(fā)展建議為唐山市高等職業(yè)教育在經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的進一步發(fā)展做出貢獻。
[Abstract]:Tangshan is the cradle of modern industrial development. For a long time, Tangshan's iron and steel, metallurgical, equipment manufacturing and construction industries are the main sources of its economic development. Under the background of national economic development and transformation, Tangshan began to explore industrial upgrading and economic transformation. At the same time, the development of higher vocational education institutions in Tangshan City has entered a period of rapid development. Five higher vocational education institutions have been established and put on the right track. However, there are contradictions between the development of higher vocational education and the transformation of economic development in Tangshan City at present. Based on the above reasons, the author chose the research topic. First of all, this paper introduces the background of higher vocational education research under the background of economic transformation in Tangshan City, the research status quo and the research methods adopted in this paper; at the same time, the concept of higher vocational education is combed and defined. Based on the theory of human capital and the theory of triple helix, this paper makes a theoretical analysis. Through comparative research methods, this paper studies the development models of higher vocational education in the United States, Germany and Australia. It is considered that it is an important successful experience to pay attention to market forces, perfect the education system and attach importance to the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Secondly, this paper summarizes the current situation of economic development, the target of industrial structure adjustment and the demand for talents in Tangshan City, and summarizes the overall development situation and operation mechanism of 5 vocational education institutions in Tangshan City. Education system and talent training model. Finally, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of higher vocational education in Tangshan city under the background of economic transformation, including not adapted to economic development, unreasonable operating mechanism, imperfect education system, unreasonable professional setting. There are six problems such as backward construction of teachers and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises, and some suggestions are put forward in the light of the existing problems. On the basis of comparative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the development approaches of higher vocational education in Tangshan under the background of economic transformation, in order to clarify the transformation goal and talent demand of Tangshan, and to clarify the relationship between higher vocational education and economic development in Tangshan. It also contributes to the further development of higher vocational education in Tangshan under the background of economic transformation.
