【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系作為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的人才供給端,存在著供給價(jià)值偏差、供給數(shù)量不足、供給質(zhì)量不高、供給結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等問題,在供給側(cè)改革的視角下,提出構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系應(yīng)多主體精準(zhǔn)分析并有效預(yù)測(cè)需求;拓寬入口以擴(kuò)大供給總量;產(chǎn)教深度融合完善人才培養(yǎng)途徑;優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育體系結(jié)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確對(duì)準(zhǔn)需求;推行"雙證書"制度優(yōu)化人才出口,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人才的供需平衡。
[Abstract]:China's modern vocational education system, as the talent supply side of economic and social development, has some problems, such as the deviation of supply value, insufficient supply quantity, low supply quality, unbalanced supply structure, etc., from the perspective of supply-side reform. It is suggested that the construction of modern vocational education system should be based on multi-agent accurate analysis and effective forecasting of demand; widen the entrance to expand the total supply; improve the talent training way by deep integration of production and education; optimize the structure of vocational education system to meet the demand accurately; Carry out "double certificate" system to optimize talent export, and finally realize the balance of talent supply and demand.
