【摘要】:作為現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的育人主體之一,企業(yè)師傅是現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的基本師資保障,具備從師帶徒的合格能力成為現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下企業(yè)師傅帶徒的基本要求。然而,在我國職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷史中,企業(yè)師傅一直缺位于職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng),在職業(yè)教育的實(shí)際發(fā)展中也未將企業(yè)師傅當(dāng)作職業(yè)教育的師資主體。同時(shí),長期以來我國對(duì)參與職業(yè)教育的企業(yè)師傅缺乏系統(tǒng)研究,對(duì)企業(yè)師傅的帶徒能力也沒有明確合理的規(guī)定與要求。然而,當(dāng)前我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制處于全面試點(diǎn)發(fā)展階段,企業(yè)師傅由邊緣化參與轉(zhuǎn)變成現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的師資主體,加強(qiáng)對(duì)參與現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的企業(yè)師傅的研究成為現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制高效發(fā)展的必然要求。本文試圖以現(xiàn)階段我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅所具備帶徒能力為切入點(diǎn),通過工作任務(wù)分析法開發(fā)出我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作的工作領(lǐng)域、工作任務(wù)及所需職業(yè)能力,并以此為基礎(chǔ)嘗試構(gòu)建我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒能力結(jié)構(gòu),以期明確企業(yè)師傅應(yīng)具備的帶徒能力,為我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒能力的全面發(fā)展提供依據(jù),并為后續(xù)的理論與實(shí)踐研究提供借鑒與參考。全文共分為四章,具體結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章是緒論。本章主要介紹了研究背景和意義,綜述與分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究資料與文獻(xiàn),界定了本研究的核心概念以明確研究范圍,并提出了本研究的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。第二章是我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作及能力的調(diào)研設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施與調(diào)研結(jié)果的分析。本章主要介紹了調(diào)研設(shè)計(jì)中調(diào)研工具設(shè)計(jì)及分析、調(diào)研對(duì)象選擇與分析、調(diào)研過程的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)施,并對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果的獲得進(jìn)行說明及分析。第三章是對(duì)我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作結(jié)構(gòu)的建立與分析,及工作結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)應(yīng)企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作領(lǐng)域與工作任務(wù)內(nèi)涵的分析。本章以企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作領(lǐng)域在其帶徒整體工作中所起作用為依據(jù)構(gòu)建了企業(yè)師傅帶徒的工作結(jié)構(gòu),并探討了現(xiàn)階段我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒工作領(lǐng)域及工作任務(wù)的內(nèi)涵。第四章是對(duì)我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒能力分析、核心能力提取及帶徒能力結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建。本章首先詳述了調(diào)研所得我國現(xiàn)階段現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅完成帶徒工作任務(wù)所需職業(yè)能力的內(nèi)涵,在反復(fù)論證的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合帶徒企業(yè)師傅及工作任務(wù)分析專家的意見,提取出企業(yè)師傅帶徒的核心能力。其次,以企業(yè)師傅帶徒的核心工作要素為依據(jù)構(gòu)建出我國現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制企業(yè)師傅帶徒能力結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)踐與理論解讀。最后一部分是研究結(jié)論與展望。在此部分,筆者對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),并針對(duì)研究中的不足之處提出了后續(xù)研究的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:As one of the educational subjects of the modern apprenticeship system, the enterprise master is the basic teacher guarantee for the development of the modern apprenticeship system, and the qualified ability from the teacher to the apprentice has become the basic requirement of the enterprise master and apprentice under the modern apprenticeship system. However, in the history of the development of vocational education in our country, the enterprise teacher has always been lack of the vocational education personnel training, and in the actual development of the vocational education, the enterprise master has not been regarded as the main body of the teachers of vocational education. At the same time, for a long time, there is a lack of systematic research on the enterprise teachers involved in vocational education in our country, and there are no clear and reasonable regulations and requirements for the apprenticeship ability of the enterprise masters. However, at present, the modern apprenticeship system in our country is in the stage of comprehensive pilot development, and the master of the enterprise has changed from the marginalized participation into the teacher subject of the development of the modern apprenticeship system. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the modern apprenticeship system for the efficient development of the modern apprenticeship system. This paper attempts to develop the field of work, the task and the required professional ability of the master of the apprenticeship enterprise in our country through the method of work task analysis, taking the ability of the master of the modern apprenticeship enterprise in our country at present as the breakthrough point. On this basis, the author tries to construct the structure of the apprenticeship ability of the master in the modern apprenticeship enterprise in China, in order to clarify the ability of the master to guide the apprentice, and to provide the basis for the all-round development of the ability of the master in the modern apprenticeship enterprise in our country. And for the subsequent theoretical and practical research to provide reference and reference. This chapter mainly introduces the design and analysis of research tools, the selection and analysis of research objects, the design and implementation of research process, and explains and analyzes the acquisition of research results. The third chapter is the establishment and analysis of the working structure of master and apprentice in modern apprenticeship enterprises in China, and the analysis of the connotation of the work field and task of the master and apprentice. This chapter constructs the working structure of the master and apprentice on the basis of the function of the field of the master and apprentice in the whole work of the enterprise, and probes into the connotation of the work field and task of the master and apprentice in the modern apprenticeship enterprise of our country at the present stage. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the apprenticeship ability of Chinese modern apprenticeship enterprises, the extraction of core competence and the construction of the structure of apprenticeship ability. This chapter firstly details the connotation of the professional ability of the master of the modern apprenticeship enterprise in our country to complete the task of carrying out the apprenticeship at the present stage. On the basis of repeated argumentation, combined with the opinions of the master of the apprentice enterprise and the expert on task analysis, Extract the core competence of master and apprentice. Secondly, based on the core work elements of the master and apprentice, the author constructs the structure of the ability of the master and apprentice in the modern apprenticeship enterprise of our country, and interprets it in practice and theory. The last part is the conclusion and prospect. In this part, the author analyzes and summarizes the research, and puts forward the development direction of the follow-up research aiming at the deficiency of the research.
