基于畢生發(fā)展觀的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系終身發(fā)展維度

【摘要】:促進受教育者的終身發(fā)展是建立現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的根本目的。在宏觀架構(gòu)和頂層設(shè)計已經(jīng)完成的背景下,還需要從微觀上解決"終身發(fā)展"到底是什么以及如何在教育實踐中進行落實的問題。以選擇最優(yōu)化補償模型為元理論的畢生發(fā)展觀主張人的發(fā)展是持續(xù)終生的、多維度與多方向的、可塑的,并受多種相互作用因素的影響,這為現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系中的終身發(fā)展維度拓寬了理論視角。依據(jù)畢業(yè)發(fā)展觀,現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育實踐中應(yīng)構(gòu)建促進受教育者終身發(fā)展的課程體系,并通過具體的教育實踐保障學(xué)生終身發(fā)展的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:To promote the lifelong development of educatees is the fundamental purpose of establishing modern vocational education system. Under the background that the macro-structure and top-level design have been completed, it is necessary to solve the problem of "lifelong development" and how to carry out it in educational practice from the micro level. Based on the meta-theory of choosing the optimal compensation model, the concept of lifelong development advocates that human development is life-long, multi-dimensional and multi-directional, plastic, and influenced by a variety of interaction factors. This widens the theoretical perspective for the lifelong development dimension in the modern vocational education system. According to the concept of graduation development, the curriculum system to promote the lifelong development of the educatees should be constructed in the practice of modern vocational education, and the realization of the lifelong development of students should be guaranteed through the concrete educational practice.
