【摘要】：新中國成立以來,特別是改革開放以來,我國警官職業(yè)教育迅速發(fā)展,無論是警官職業(yè)院校數(shù)量,還是在校學生人數(shù)都已有相當?shù)囊?guī)模。但是,隨著警官職業(yè)院校招生數(shù)量的不斷擴大和招生就業(yè)制度的不斷改革,警官職業(yè)院校的學生生源結構、學生思想政治素質(zhì)等均發(fā)生了很大的變化,加之警官職業(yè)教育本來具有自身的特點,這都給警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育提出了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。雖然各警官職業(yè)院校在學生思想政治教育中做出了大量的努力,也取得了一定的成效。但不可否認的是,當前警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育仍然存在著各種各樣的問題。 本文的研究目的正在于詳細了解警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育的基本內(nèi)涵,總結取得的成績,查找存在的問題,分析造成這些問題的主客觀原因,并提出相應的對策措施。本文共分為三個部分： 第一部分,詳細介紹我國警官職業(yè)教育及其學生思想政治教育的發(fā)展概況、基本特點和必要性。該部分對警官職業(yè)教育、學生思想政治教育等相關概論進行了界定,并從黨的教育方針、經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展形勢的需要和警官職業(yè)教育發(fā)展形勢的需要等方面對當前加強和改進警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育的必要性進行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析,為后續(xù)的研究進行了必要的鋪墊。 第二部分,主要分析我國警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀。該部分主要分析了警官職業(yè)院校思想政治教育取得的成績和存在的問題,并進一步分析了造成這些問題的主客觀原因。 第三部分,提出了加強和改進警官職業(yè)院校學生思想政治教育的相關對策,該部分根據(jù)前而兒個部分的分析內(nèi)容,并從明確指導思想、加強針對性、拓展工作途徑和加強保障措施等方而進行了應的闡述。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening up, the vocational education of police officers in China has developed rapidly, both in the number of professional colleges and universities of police officers and in the number of students. However, with the continuous expansion of enrollment and the reform of enrollment and employment system, the structure of students, the ideological and political quality of students in the vocational colleges of police officers have changed a lot. In addition, the professional education of police officers has its own characteristics, which has posed a severe challenge to the ideological and political education of the students in police vocational colleges. Although various police professional colleges and universities have made a lot of efforts in the ideological and political education of students, they have also achieved certain results. However, it is undeniable that there are still various problems in the ideological and political education of the students in police vocational colleges. The purpose of this paper is to understand in detail the basic connotation of ideological and political education of students in police vocational colleges, sum up the achievements, find out the existing problems, analyze the subjective and objective causes of these problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper is divided into three parts: The first part introduces the development, basic characteristics and necessity of our country's police officers' vocational education and their students' ideological and political education. This part defines the general introduction to the vocational education of police officers, the ideological and political education of students and so on, and from the educational policy of the Party, The necessity of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the students in the police vocational colleges is analyzed systematically in the aspects of the needs of the economic and social development situation and the development situation of the police officers' vocational education. It is necessary to pave the way for further research. The second part, mainly analyzes the present situation of the ideological and political education of the students in our country. This part mainly analyzes the achievements and problems of ideological and political education in police vocational colleges, and further analyzes the subjective and objective causes of these problems. In the third part, the author puts forward the relevant countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the students in the police vocational college, which is based on the analysis content of the former and the child's part, and strengthens the pertinence from the clear guiding ideology. Expand the working way and strengthen the safeguard measures and so on to carry on the corresponding elaboration.
