【摘要】:按照《招用技術(shù)工種從業(yè)人員規(guī)定》的要求,企業(yè)必須以是否具備相應(yīng)的職業(yè)資格證書作為是否錄用人才的重要依據(jù)。因此,作為勞動(dòng)者求職應(yīng)聘以及企業(yè)招聘、錄用人才的重要手段之一,職業(yè)資格證書也越來越受到各高職院校的重視。高職院校如何有效地引進(jìn)職業(yè)資格證書,在目前勞動(dòng)力供求脫節(jié)的情況下,也就顯得至關(guān)重要。本文主要通過論述職業(yè)資格證書制度的主要內(nèi)容,分析高職院校實(shí)施職業(yè)資格證書制度的必要性與可行性,進(jìn)而提出高職院校學(xué)生資格準(zhǔn)入的保障機(jī)制。 本論文共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分為緒論,主要對(duì)本文的研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況、研究的理論依據(jù)、研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義、主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究思路以及研究方法進(jìn)行了論述。 第二部分主要論述了我國(guó)職業(yè)資格證書制度的發(fā)展和實(shí)施情況。首先,對(duì)就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度、職業(yè)資格證書制度、職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、職業(yè)分類、職業(yè)資格鑒定等主要概念進(jìn)行了界定。其次,論文對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)資格證書制度的主要發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行了論述。 第三部分首先論述了在高職院校實(shí)施職業(yè)資格證書制度的必要性和可行性。其中,可行性方面主要包括社會(huì)需求分析、人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、加強(qiáng)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍和實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、職業(yè)資格證書制度改革。 第四部分主要是對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)資格準(zhǔn)入現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題的分析。 第五部分通過論文第二、三部分關(guān)于我國(guó)職業(yè)資格證書制度發(fā)展和實(shí)施情況的分析,提出了高職院校學(xué)生資格準(zhǔn)入的保障機(jī)制。如:繼續(xù)推廣和實(shí)施獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)學(xué)分制度、將職業(yè)資格鑒定作為教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的主要方式之一、進(jìn)行課程設(shè)置改革、完善法律保障體系等。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the "regulations on recruiting Technical Workers", enterprises must take whether they have the corresponding professional qualification certificate as the important basis for recruiting talents. Therefore, as one of the most important means to apply for and recruit talents, vocational qualification certificate has been paid more and more attention by higher vocational colleges. How to introduce vocational qualification certificate effectively in higher vocational colleges is very important when the supply and demand of labor force are disjointed. This paper mainly discusses the main contents of the vocational qualification certificate system, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the vocational qualification certificate system in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward the guarantee mechanism of students' qualification access in higher vocational colleges. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research survey, the theoretical basis, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, the main research content, research ideas and research methods. The second part mainly discusses the development and implementation of vocational qualification certificate system in China. First of all, it defines the main concepts of employment access system, vocational qualification certificate system, occupational standard, occupational classification, professional qualification appraisal and so on. Secondly, the paper discusses the main stages of the development of vocational qualification certificate system in China. The third part discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing vocational qualification certificate system in higher vocational colleges. Among them, the feasibility mainly includes the analysis of social demand, the goal of talent training, the strengthening of the construction of "double qualified" teachers and practice base, and the reform of vocational qualification certificate system. The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of professional qualification in China. In the fifth part, through the analysis of the development and implementation of vocational qualification certificate system in our country, the author puts forward the guarantee mechanism of students' qualification access in higher vocational colleges. For example: continue to promote and implement the reward credit system, regard vocational qualification as one of the main ways of teaching evaluation, carry out curriculum reform, perfect the legal guarantee system and so on.
