中職學(xué)校課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀及其優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:課堂教學(xué)是整個學(xué)校教育的核心部分。但已有研究主要關(guān)注普通中小學(xué)及學(xué)生群體,針對中職院校和中職學(xué)生特點(diǎn)的研究還較少;調(diào)查和研究主要集中在對課堂問題的根源,那就是專注于課堂管理對象的行為——學(xué)生,描述和解釋其不良行為;而對于課堂管理的實(shí)施主體——教師,及其管理理念、管理技能等因素的探討還欠深入。本研究選取長沙財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)校為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查、觀察、訪談以及文獻(xiàn)分析法,揭示了目前中職學(xué)校課堂管理中存在的問題,對影響中職學(xué)校課堂管理的因素展開多維分析,進(jìn)而提出目前中職學(xué)校課堂管理優(yōu)化策略。 調(diào)研顯示,目前中職學(xué)校課堂管理主要存在以下問題:中職學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力缺乏,課堂管理理念和教育觀念存在偏差,教師課堂管理行為失范,教師課堂管理方式簡單化。中職學(xué)校學(xué)生的課堂問題行為突出,課堂氛圍緊張,師生關(guān)系欠和諧。經(jīng)研究,帶來中職學(xué)校課堂管理上述問題的影響因素是多重的,如教師因素、學(xué)生因素、學(xué)校因素等。其中,教師的教育觀念、課堂管理能力是影響課堂管理優(yōu)化的最大直接變量;學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn)、總體素質(zhì),是影響課堂管理有效性的重要因素;而學(xué)校的育人理念、專業(yè)設(shè)置等因素也對課堂管理效果有著密切的相關(guān)性。 因此要改進(jìn)中職學(xué)校課堂管理,應(yīng)著重從以下方面著手:首先,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注影響課堂管理優(yōu)化的最重要直接變量——教師因素,要意識到教師的教育理念、管理技能、教學(xué)質(zhì)量、師生關(guān)系是有效課堂管理的前提和基礎(chǔ);其次,要加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)課堂管理的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域,這是有效的課堂管理的重要保證;再者,要科學(xué)理性地定位中職學(xué)校的辦學(xué)目標(biāo),使專業(yè)設(shè)置合理化,這是課堂有效管理的重要間接變量。
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching is the core part of the whole school education. However, there have been many studies focusing on the general primary and secondary schools and student groups, and the research on the characteristics of secondary vocational colleges and secondary vocational school students is still relatively few. The investigation and research mainly focus on the root causes of classroom problems. That is to focus on the classroom management object behavior-students, describe and explain their bad behavior, but for the implementation of classroom management-teachers, and its management concepts, management skills and other factors are still not in-depth discussion. This study selected Changsha Finance and Economics School as the research object, through questionnaire, observation, interview and literature analysis, revealed the current secondary vocational school classroom management problems. Multi-dimensional analysis is carried out on the factors that affect the classroom management of secondary vocational schools, and then the optimization strategies of classroom management in secondary vocational schools are put forward. The investigation shows that there are the following problems in the classroom management of the secondary vocational school: the lack of teaching practice ability of the teachers in the secondary vocational school, the deviation between the concept of classroom management and the concept of education, and the abnormal behavior of the teachers' classroom management. Teachers'classroom management is simplified. The classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school students is prominent, the classroom atmosphere is tense, and the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious. The research shows that there are many factors influencing the above problems, such as teacher factor, student factor, school factor and so on. Among them, teachers' educational concept and classroom management ability are the biggest direct variables that affect the optimization of classroom management; the students' own characteristics and overall quality are the important factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom management; Professional settings and other factors also have a close correlation with classroom management. Therefore, to improve the classroom management of secondary vocational schools, we should focus on the following aspects: first, we should focus on the most important direct variable that affects the optimization of classroom management-the teacher factor, and should be aware of teachers' educational ideas and management skills. Teaching quality, teacher-student relationship is the premise and foundation of effective classroom management; secondly, to strengthen and improve the field of professional guidance and training in classroom management, this is an important guarantee of effective classroom management. It is an important indirect variable for effective classroom management to scientifically and rationally locate the goal of running a secondary vocational school and rationalize the specialty setting.
