【摘要】：績效評估作為一項科學的管理工具得到了越來越廣泛的應用。論文以廣西高職院校青年志愿者協會績效評估研究為選題,研究了廣西高職院校青年志愿者協會管理模式存在的問題及其績效評估現狀、必要性、難度所在等問題,并以廣西建設職業(yè)技術學院青年志愿者協會為例建立了一套廣西高職院校青年志愿者協會績效評估體系。論文研究的廣西高職院校青年志愿者協會績效評估體系采用平衡積分卡方法和模糊層次分析法,包含財務、服務、內務、成長這四個維度,每個維度下包含多個一級指標和二級指標,全面反映了青年志愿者協會組織活動價值和志愿者能力。該評估體系緊密結合青年志愿者協會組織機構特點和社會公益服務活動性質,以量化指標的形式對青年志愿者協會和青年志愿者個人的工作業(yè)績和服務價值做出了科學有效的評價。論文對青年志愿者協會績效評估的長期完善和改進給出了優(yōu)化對策,主要包括在實踐中不斷完善績效評估指標的幾個關鍵問題和實施方案、加強高職院校青年志愿者協會管理創(chuàng)新的幾個思路、以績效評估結果指導青年志愿者協會工作任務分配和財務管理的對策等。論文的研究成果已經用于廣西建設職業(yè)技術學院青年志愿者協會的績效評估中,并將在實踐中不斷得到完善和改進。
[Abstract]:Performance evaluation as a scientific management tool has been more and more widely used. Based on the research on the performance evaluation of the youth volunteer association in Guangxi higher vocational colleges, the paper studies the problems existing in the management mode of the youth volunteer association in Guangxi vocational colleges and the present situation, necessity and difficulty of the performance evaluation. Taking the Youth Volunteer Association of Guangxi Construction Vocational and Technical College as an example, a set of performance evaluation system of Guangxi Vocational College Young volunteers Association is established. The performance evaluation system of Guangxi Youth Volunteer Association in higher vocational colleges adopts balanced integral card method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which includes four dimensions: finance, service, housekeeping and growth. Each dimension includes multiple primary and secondary indicators, which reflects the organizational value and volunteer ability of the youth volunteer association. The evaluation system is closely combined with the organizational characteristics of youth volunteer associations and the nature of social public service activities. The work performance and service value of young volunteer associations and young volunteers are evaluated scientifically and effectively in the form of quantitative indicators. The paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the long-term improvement of the performance evaluation of the Young volunteers Association, mainly including several key problems and implementation plans of continuously perfecting the performance evaluation index in practice. Some ideas of strengthening the management innovation of youth volunteer association in higher vocational colleges and guiding the assignment of work task and the countermeasure of financial management with the result of performance evaluation etc. The research results of this paper have been applied to the evaluation of the performance of the Young volunteers Association of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, and will be perfected and improved in practice.
