對(duì)英美制造業(yè)職業(yè)教育體系比較與思考

【摘要】:在英美等國(guó)再工業(yè)化道路上,新興產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)職業(yè)教育提出了新的需求和挑戰(zhàn),為此英國(guó)和美國(guó)分別設(shè)立了國(guó)家學(xué)院和國(guó)家制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究所,希望藉此解決制造文化缺失和技術(shù)勞動(dòng)力不足等問(wèn)題。在制造業(yè)升級(jí)背景下,中國(guó)制造業(yè)職業(yè)教育應(yīng)當(dāng)吸收英美兩國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),加大制造業(yè)科普力度,提升學(xué)生對(duì)制造業(yè)的興趣和愛(ài)好;讓高校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)更多地承擔(dān)職業(yè)教育職能,使其卓越的專(zhuān)家和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施能夠?yàn)楦呒寄苈殬I(yè)教育所用;通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)、技術(shù)路線圖讓企業(yè)明晰未來(lái)勞動(dòng)者技能需求發(fā)展方向;將市場(chǎng)需求與國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)結(jié)合起來(lái),確定職業(yè)教育發(fā)展方向;為選擇職業(yè)教育路徑的學(xué)生提供廣闊的發(fā)展空間等。
[Abstract]:On the road of reindustrialization in the United States and the United States, new industries have put forward new demands and challenges to vocational education. For this reason, the United Kingdom and the United States have set up national colleges and national manufacturing innovation institutes, respectively. I hope to solve the problem of lack of manufacturing culture and shortage of skilled labor. In the context of the upgrading of manufacturing industry, China's manufacturing vocational education should absorb the experience of the United States and the United States, increase the popularization of manufacturing science, promote students' interest and interest in manufacturing, and let colleges and scientific research institutions take on more functions of vocational education. To enable its excellent experts and infrastructure to be used for highly skilled vocational education; to provide companies with a clear vision of the skills needs of future workers through industry and technology road maps; and to integrate market demand with national strategic development goals, To determine the development direction of vocational education and to provide broad development space for students who choose the path of vocational education.
