在高職院校學(xué)生干部管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:激勵是從人的動機(jī)出發(fā),刺激行為人的行為,激發(fā)行為人的自身內(nèi)部潛力,不斷努力實(shí)現(xiàn)個人目標(biāo)或組織目標(biāo)的過程。概括的說,激勵就是調(diào)動人的積極性。高職院校學(xué)生干部由于受高職院校生源、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)以及思想政治教育師資結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性影響,相對于普通高等院校學(xué)生干部而言,具有政治素質(zhì)較低、任職周期短、工作壓力大等特點(diǎn)。 本研究對合肥部分高職院校學(xué)生干部激勵現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)查,結(jié)合激勵理論的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),分析高職院校的特殊性和高職院校學(xué)生干部區(qū)別于普通高等院校學(xué)生干部所具備的特點(diǎn),并對高職院校學(xué)生干部參與學(xué)生干部隊伍的動機(jī),當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)的問題、工作積極性現(xiàn)狀、對學(xué)生干部工作積極性產(chǎn)生積極與消極影響的因素以及如何調(diào)動學(xué)生干部工作積極性進(jìn)行了分析。 本研究以經(jīng)典激勵理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合自身工作實(shí)踐,根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查分析,筆者認(rèn)為,激勵理論在高職院校學(xué)生干部工作管理工作中應(yīng)本著方向性、層次性、公平性和主體性原則。同時,提出相關(guān)對策和建議:以精神激勵為主,物質(zhì)激勵與精神激勵同步;以正面激勵為主,負(fù)面激勵與正面激勵匹配;以內(nèi)部激勵為主,外部激勵與內(nèi)部激勵并存;以整體激勵為主,個人激勵與與整體激勵結(jié)合;以成才激勵為主,成人、成才、成功激勵三位一體。 本文對激勵理論在高職院校學(xué)生干部工作中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探討和研究,希望借此促進(jìn)激勵理論在高職院校學(xué)生管理工作中發(fā)揮重要的作用,調(diào)動學(xué)生干部的工作積極性,發(fā)揮他們在學(xué)生工作中的創(chuàng)造性潛能,,培養(yǎng)他們早日成為高素質(zhì)的技能型人才和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:Motivation is the process of motivating the actor, stimulating his behavior, arousing his own internal potential, and striving to achieve his personal or organizational goals. To sum up, motivation is to mobilize people's enthusiasm. The student cadres in higher vocational colleges are influenced by the students' source, the training goal and the teachers' structure of ideological and political education. Compared with the students' cadres in colleges and universities, they have low political quality and short service period. Work pressure and other characteristics. This study makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of student cadres' motivation in some higher vocational colleges in Hefei, combining with the relevant theoretical basis of incentive theory. This paper analyzes on the particularity of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of student cadres in higher vocational colleges and universities, and analyzes the motivation of student cadres in higher vocational colleges, the current problems and the present situation of working enthusiasm. This paper analyzes the positive and negative factors of student cadres' work enthusiasm and how to arouse the students' cadres' working enthusiasm. This research is based on the classical incentive theory, combined with its own work practice, according to the actual investigation and analysis, the author believes that the incentive theory in the work management of student cadres in higher vocational colleges should be based on the direction and hierarchy. Principles of fairness and subjectivity. At the same time, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: spiritual motivation is the main motivation, material incentive is synchronous with spiritual incentive, positive incentive is the main motivation, negative incentive is matched with positive incentive, internal incentive is the main motivation, external incentive and internal incentive coexist. To the whole incentive, individual incentive and the whole incentive combination; to become the main motivation, adult, talent, success incentive trinity. This paper attempts to explore and study the application of incentive theory in student cadre work in higher vocational colleges, hoping to promote the incentive theory to play an important role in the management of students in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of student cadres, give play to their creative potential in student work, and train them to become skilled talents of high quality and qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist modernization construction as soon as possible.
