【摘要】:2015年6月國家出臺(tái)了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新若干政策措施的意見》,指出了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)對(duì)推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科技進(jìn)步和國家繁榮的作用,同時(shí)也鼓勵(lì)和支持中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)。國家和各地區(qū)都出臺(tái)了若干優(yōu)惠政策,幫助中職生走好創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的第一步。中職生作為最具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的群體,也是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新性國家過程中最為積極和活躍的群體,他們的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,滿足了社會(huì)進(jìn)步的要求。那么,中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)就變得更加重要,可以幫助緩解就業(yè)壓力,提升從業(yè)者素質(zhì)和能力,為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家等方面都有著積極而重要的作用。中職生作為國家人才的主體,必須加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。因此探索以中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育,具有著重要的意義。基于這個(gè)現(xiàn)狀,本文希望為完善中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)機(jī)制提供借鑒。在本文中,主要是圍繞中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的素質(zhì)提升展開。闡述了中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的積極動(dòng)向,中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)、形成與發(fā)展。要加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)政策研究,強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)業(yè)激勵(lì)。同時(shí),了解到創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)者自身角度所存在的問題,主要包括創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育認(rèn)識(shí)存在偏差,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的意愿隨著時(shí)間推移逐漸降低和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力不足三個(gè)方面。從中職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育的角度來看,存在著傳統(tǒng)的教育模式,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生無法全方面發(fā)展,對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理解不到位,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育專業(yè)師資力量薄弱和中職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)文化需要提升幾個(gè)方面問題。從社會(huì)環(huán)境存在的角度來看,又存在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育氛圍缺失,缺乏創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐條件,對(duì)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的支持力度不夠,對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的相關(guān)制度保障和資源支持不夠完善等問題。經(jīng)過問題梳理后,對(duì)于中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建提出了建議,主要是從提升創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)者自身的綜合素質(zhì),加大創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育力度,營造良好的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境,提升社會(huì)配套體系對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育等幾個(gè)方面?偠灾,構(gòu)建中職生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)綜合體系,這是市場對(duì)中職院校的要求,也是中職教育的時(shí)代使命。
[Abstract]:In June 2015, the State Council issued the State Council's opinions on several policies and measures to vigorously promote Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and pointed out the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in promoting modern economic development, scientific and technological progress and national prosperity. At the same time also encourage and support secondary vocational students innovative entrepreneurship. Countries and regions have introduced a number of preferential policies to help secondary vocational students to take the first step in innovative entrepreneurship. As the most innovative and entrepreneurial group, secondary vocational students are also the most active and active group in the process of building an innovative country. Their innovative entrepreneurship meets the needs of the development of the times and meets the requirements of social progress. Therefore, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial quality of secondary vocational school students has become more important, which can help ease the pressure of employment, improve the quality and ability of practitioners, and play an active and important role in building an innovative country. Secondary vocational students, as the main body of national talents, must strengthen the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial quality. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the quality education of entrepreneurship oriented by secondary vocational school students. Based on this present situation, this paper hopes to provide reference for improving the cultivation mechanism of secondary vocational school students' innovative entrepreneurial quality. In this paper, mainly around secondary vocational students innovative entrepreneurship quality promotion. This paper expounds the positive trend of innovation and entrepreneurship of secondary vocational school students, the quality education goal of innovation and entrepreneurship of secondary vocational school students, and its formation and development. We should strengthen research on entrepreneurship policies and strengthen entrepreneurial incentives. At the same time, we understand the existing problems of innovative entrepreneurs' own angle, including the deviation of the education of innovative entrepreneurship, the decrease of willingness to innovate and the lack of innovative entrepreneurial ability with the passage of time. From the point of view of innovative entrepreneurship quality education in secondary vocational colleges, there is a traditional education mode, which leads to the students unable to develop in all aspects, and the understanding of innovative entrepreneurship education is not in place. The teachers of innovative entrepreneurship education are weak and the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in secondary vocational colleges need to be improved. From the point of view of the existence of social environment, there is also a lack of atmosphere of quality education for innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of practical conditions for innovation and entrepreneurship, and insufficient support for students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The system guarantee and resource support of innovative entrepreneurship education are not perfect. After combing the problems, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the quality training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents for secondary vocational school students, mainly from the aspects of improving the comprehensive quality of innovative entrepreneurs themselves, strengthening the quality education of innovative entrepreneurs, and creating a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Improve the social supporting system for innovative entrepreneurship quality education and other aspects. In a word, it is the requirement of the market and the mission of the secondary vocational education to construct the comprehensive system of innovative and entrepreneurial quality of secondary vocational school students.
