澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制改革研究

【摘要】:學徒制是職業(yè)教育的最早形態(tài),,在古埃及、古希臘、古羅馬和中國的先秦時期均有記載。在正式的學校產(chǎn)生之前,這種父親傳兒子、師傅帶徒弟的學徒制就是知識、技能和文化的主要傳承方式。 學徒制是澳大利亞最具特色的職業(yè)教育,尤其是其從1998年開始實施的澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制一直以來是澳大利亞職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的重要領(lǐng)域。筆者以澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的改革為研究對象,重點論述1998年至今為止的澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的改革背景及動因和改革措施,最后試圖總結(jié)出其成功的改革經(jīng)驗對我國職業(yè)教育改革的啟示。 本研究分為五個部分:第一部分:緒論。首先介紹了本研究的研究背景及意義,然后概括了澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,明確本研究的研究內(nèi)容、研究思路與研究方法,并對本研究的相關(guān)核心概念進行界定。第二部分:首先介紹了澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的經(jīng)濟、文化和教育背景,然后重點分析澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的演變。第三部分:作為本研究的關(guān)鍵點,主要利用因素分析法分析澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制改革的背景和動因以及改革的措施。第四部分:作為本研究的著力點,根據(jù)澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的改革,并通過相關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)及數(shù)據(jù)比較,分析其改革成效,然后總結(jié)澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制改革的主要特點。第五部分:是本研究的落腳點,著重闡述澳大利亞現(xiàn)代學徒制的改革經(jīng)驗對我國職業(yè)教育改革的啟示。
[Abstract]:Apprenticeship is the earliest form of vocational education, recorded in ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, ancient Rome and China's pre-Qin period. Prior to the formal school, the apprenticeship of father to son and master to apprentice was the main way of passing on knowledge, skills, and culture. Apprenticeship is the most characteristic vocational education in Australia, especially the modern apprenticeship system, which has been implemented since 1998, has been an important field in the reform and development of vocational education in Australia. Taking the reform of modern Australian apprenticeship system as the research object, the author focuses on the background, motivation and measures of the reform of the modern Australian apprenticeship system from 1998 to present. Finally, the author tries to sum up the enlightenment of his successful reform experience to the vocational education reform in China. This research is divided into five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this study, then summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad of modern apprenticeship in Australia, clarifies the research contents, research ideas and research methods of this study. And the relevant core concepts of this study are defined. The second part introduces the economic, cultural and educational background of the modern Australian apprenticeship system, and then analyzes the evolution of the modern apprenticeship system in Australia. The third part: as the key point of this study, the paper analyzes the background, motivation and measures of the reform of modern apprenticeship system in Australia by means of factor analysis. The fourth part: as the focus of this study, according to the reform of the modern apprenticeship system in Australia, and through the relevant statistical data and data comparison, analyzes its reform results, and then summarizes the main characteristics of the reform of the modern apprenticeship system in Australia. The fifth part is the foothold of this research, focusing on the enlightenment of Australian modern apprenticeship reform to vocational education reform in China.
