【摘要】:近年來,隨著國家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育政策的發(fā)布及實施,以及大批職業(yè)院校的建立,職業(yè)教育越來越成為人們關注的焦點,更多的人們意識到:如何更好的辦職業(yè)教育,,如何使人們更好的運用職業(yè)教育,如何發(fā)揮職業(yè)院校的優(yōu)勢已經成為一個熱點課題。本章從選題背景、研究意義,以及研究現狀討論關于職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的實施背景,得出在職業(yè)院校中對教師課程開發(fā)能力的提升成為一個必要的課題。 本文是以大量理論性、基礎性的問題服務于所要解決的職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的提升與完善來構建的,先對職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的理論進行相關的整理、說明和界定,嘗試得出一個關于職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的概念,以及職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的結構,以現階段職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的現狀做切入點,進行相關的分析,討論影響職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的因素,最后通過理論分析和材料整理得出職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)開發(fā)能力提升和完善的相應策略。 本文共分為六章。第一章緒論部分,對本研究的背景、意義及現狀進行了綜述。第二章職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力,主要包括教師課程開發(fā)能力的界定以及教師課程開發(fā)能力的特點和結構。第三章職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的現狀,剖析目前職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力遇到的問題。第四章職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)意識,介紹職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)意識的必要性和如何培養(yǎng)教師的課程開發(fā)意識。第五章職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的影響因素,從內外兩個方面因素討論,為職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的現狀提出概括性敘述。第六章職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的提升和完善,通過對培養(yǎng)職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力的保障體系和教師課程開發(fā)意愿和能力的培養(yǎng)途徑談起,最后試圖給出職業(yè)院校教師課程開發(fā)能力提升和完善的策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the promulgation and implementation of the national policy to develop vocational education and the establishment of a large number of vocational colleges and universities, vocational education has become the focus of more and more people's attention, and more people have realized: how to run vocational education better. How to make people make better use of vocational education and how to give full play to the advantages of vocational colleges has become a hot topic. This chapter discusses the implementation background of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges from the background, significance, and status quo of the research, and draws a conclusion that the promotion of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges becomes a necessary subject. This paper is based on a large number of theoretical, basic problems to solve the vocational college teachers' curriculum development ability to improve and improve to build, first of all, vocational college teachers' curriculum development ability theory related to collate. Explain and define, try to get a concept about the vocational college teacher curriculum development ability, and the structure of the vocational college teacher curriculum development ability, take the present situation of the vocational college teacher curriculum development ability as the breakthrough point, Through theoretical analysis and material arrangement, the corresponding strategies of improving and perfecting the ability of teachers' curriculum development and development in vocational colleges and universities are obtained. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and current situation of this study. The second chapter mainly includes the definition of teachers' curriculum development ability and the characteristics and structure of teachers' curriculum development ability. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and analyzes the problems encountered by teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and universities. The fourth chapter introduces teachers' consciousness of curriculum development in vocational colleges and introduces the necessity of teachers' consciousness of curriculum development and how to cultivate teachers' consciousness of curriculum development. The fifth chapter discusses the influencing factors of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and universities from both internal and external factors, and puts forward a general description of the present situation of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and universities. The sixth chapter discusses the promotion and perfection of teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and universities, through the guarantee system of cultivating teachers' curriculum development ability in vocational colleges and the ways to cultivate teachers' curriculum development willingness and ability. Finally, this paper tries to give the strategies to improve the ability of teachers' curriculum development in vocational colleges and universities.
