【摘要】:大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃是在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上演變而來(lái)的,近年來(lái)學(xué)者、專家才對(duì)此展開相應(yīng)的研究。學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃是職業(yè)規(guī)劃在大學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)方面的體現(xiàn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究大多需要借鑒職業(yè)規(guī)劃理論,結(jié)合學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn)完善學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃體系。高職學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃是指高職學(xué)生依據(jù)自身的特點(diǎn)、興趣及學(xué)業(yè)前景確定自己的學(xué)業(yè)目標(biāo),結(jié)合學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的原則、方法、步驟制定符合自身發(fā)展需要的學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃,從而確保學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃順利實(shí)施的過(guò)程。學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃是順應(yīng)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)發(fā)展的需求而產(chǎn)生的,高職學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐和理論意義。對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)有利于學(xué)生全面認(rèn)識(shí)自己,提升自己的能力和綜合素質(zhì),順利實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)。對(duì)于高職院校則有利于高職院校加快改革的步伐,增強(qiáng)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,提高院校知名度,為招生工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本文主要采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)法、比較法等方法進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)目前學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納,深入探討原因,從不同的角度來(lái)解決學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃。目前,高職院校在學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃方面存在的問(wèn)題主要有:對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的重視程度不足,實(shí)施學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的意識(shí)比較淡薄,專業(yè)設(shè)置不夠合理,缺乏專門的機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),對(duì)支持學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的軟硬件設(shè)施投入不足。而大學(xué)生自身缺乏學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃意識(shí),自我認(rèn)知不足,自身的不成熟性導(dǎo)致在行動(dòng)上難以將學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃落實(shí),同時(shí)學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃理論的缺失也影響高職學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施。推進(jìn)學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施,應(yīng)在深入了解學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循相應(yīng)的原則、方法,從多層次、多角度入手,完善學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃實(shí)施體系。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的概念、現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析從以下三個(gè)方面提升學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃:首先樹立先進(jìn)理念,改變現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有制定學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃或?qū)W業(yè)規(guī)劃不夠靈活等現(xiàn)狀,從思想上重視學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃;其次,從學(xué)生、學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)等多主體構(gòu)建學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃體系。學(xué)生應(yīng)該深入了解學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的內(nèi)涵、依據(jù)自身的特點(diǎn)設(shè)定學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃目標(biāo)、在實(shí)施過(guò)程中修正學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃、對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃實(shí)施結(jié)果及時(shí)進(jìn)行反饋并加以改正;高職院校應(yīng)該從軟硬件設(shè)施、實(shí)施環(huán)境、教師配套等方面幫助高職學(xué)生實(shí)施學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃,從而確保學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的順利進(jìn)行;最后,依據(jù)高職學(xué)生及學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn),階段性實(shí)施學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The academic planning of college students is based on the development of career planning, which has been studied by scholars and experts in recent years. Academic planning is the embodiment of career planning in college studies, most of its research needs to learn from the theory of career planning, combined with the characteristics of academic planning to improve the academic planning system. The academic planning of higher vocational students is to determine their academic goals according to their own characteristics, interests and academic prospects, combining the principles, methods and steps of academic planning to formulate academic plans that meet the needs of their own development. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of academic planning process. Academic planning is produced in accordance with the needs of students' academic development. It is of great practical and theoretical significance for higher vocational students to carry out academic planning. For students, it is beneficial for students to fully understand themselves, to improve their ability and comprehensive quality, and to achieve employment smoothly. For higher vocational colleges, it is helpful for higher vocational colleges to accelerate the pace of reform, strengthen their own competitive strength, improve their popularity, and lay a solid foundation for enrollment work. This paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire, interview, literature, comparison and so on. Through the analysis of the survey data, the problems existing in the current academic planning are summarized, and the reasons for these problems are deeply discussed. Solve the problem of academic planning from different angles. At present, the problems existing in academic planning in higher vocational colleges are as follows: the degree of attention to academic planning is insufficient, the consciousness of implementing academic planning is relatively weak, and the professional setting is not reasonable. Lack of specialized institutions to guide students' academic planning, lack of investment in software and hardware facilities to support academic planning. However, the lack of awareness of academic planning, lack of self-cognition and immaturity of college students make it difficult to carry out academic planning in action. Meanwhile, the lack of academic planning theory also affects the implementation of academic planning of higher vocational students. The implementation of academic planning should be carried out on the basis of in-depth understanding of the content of academic planning, follow the corresponding principles and methods, and improve the implementation system of academic planning from multiple levels and angles. By analyzing the concept, status quo and existing problems of academic planning, this paper promotes academic planning from the following three aspects: first, to establish advanced ideas, to change the current situation, such as no academic planning or lack of flexibility in academic planning, and so on. Secondly, construct academic planning system from students, schools, parents and so on. Students should deeply understand the connotation of academic planning, set academic planning goals according to their own characteristics, revise academic planning in the process of implementation, and give timely feedback and correction to the results of academic planning. Higher vocational colleges should help higher vocational students carry out academic planning from the aspects of hardware and software facilities, implementation environment and teachers' matching, so as to ensure the smooth progress of academic planning. Finally, according to the characteristics of higher vocational students and academic planning, Stage implementation of academic planning.
