制約中職學(xué)校德育實(shí)效的校企因素分析和對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:盡管職業(yè)教育在大力發(fā)展,中職學(xué)校也越來(lái)越重視德育工作,然而德育工作的實(shí)效性卻容易被忽視。學(xué)校在開(kāi)展了大量的德育工作之后,德育工作是否行之有效,能否達(dá)到預(yù)期的目標(biāo),德育工作的實(shí)效性如何去衡量也成為了令許多中職學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)和教師頭疼的問(wèn)題,很多班主任在感慨,盡管對(duì)學(xué)生非常的盡心盡責(zé),,幾乎到了媽媽級(jí)的關(guān)懷備至,到頭來(lái)卻不被學(xué)生所喜歡。很多企業(yè)也在抱怨部分中職實(shí)習(xí)生難以管理,不聽(tīng)管教。本文就是從學(xué)校和企業(yè)兩個(gè)角度來(lái)對(duì)制約中職學(xué)校的德育實(shí)效性的因素來(lái)進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的提高中職德育實(shí)效性的對(duì)策。 全文共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分主要是基本概念的界定,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育的概念、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育的內(nèi)容、中職學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的內(nèi)涵來(lái)進(jìn)行探討。 第二部分是個(gè)案研究。主要是介紹廣州市旅游商務(wù)職業(yè)學(xué)校、番禺區(qū)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校以及廣州市交通運(yùn)輸學(xué)校的德育實(shí)效性的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、觀察法以及訪談的方式來(lái)了解這三所中職的德育工作現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)現(xiàn)其德育工作存在的問(wèn)題。 第三部分是結(jié)合筆者在部分中職學(xué)校調(diào)研的第一手資料,對(duì)制約中職學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的校企因素進(jìn)行剖析。教師隊(duì)伍基本素質(zhì)差、生源狀況不佳、學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力不強(qiáng)和學(xué)校規(guī)章制度不合理構(gòu)成了制約中職學(xué)校實(shí)效性的學(xué)校因素;企業(yè)文化精神對(duì)中職學(xué)校德育的影響缺陷、企業(yè)制度與中職學(xué)校德育的銜接問(wèn)題、企業(yè)員工的示范效應(yīng)問(wèn)題和企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的責(zé)任感感缺失構(gòu)成了制約中職學(xué)校實(shí)效性的企業(yè)因素。 第四部分是在第三部分的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的提高中職學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的對(duì)策,主要包括企業(yè)如何樹(shù)立正確的德育觀以及學(xué)校怎樣來(lái)重構(gòu)德育體系。
[Abstract]:Although vocational education is developing vigorously, secondary vocational schools pay more and more attention to moral education, but the effectiveness of moral education is easy to be ignored. After a lot of moral education has been carried out in schools, whether the moral education work is effective or not, whether it can achieve the expected goals, and how to measure the effectiveness of moral education work has become a headache for many principals and teachers in secondary vocational schools. Many class teachers in the feeling, although very dedicated to the students, almost to the mother level care, but in the end is not liked by the students. Many companies are also complaining that some secondary vocational interns are difficult to manage, do not listen to discipline. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools from the perspectives of schools and enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the definition of basic concepts, the concept of moral education in secondary vocational schools, the content of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and the connotation of the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The second part is case study. It mainly introduces the actual effect of moral education in Guangzhou Tourism Business School, Panyu District Vocational and Technical School and Guangzhou Transportation School, and issues questionnaires. The methods of observation and interview are used to understand the present situation of moral education in these three secondary vocational schools and to find out the problems existing in their moral education. The third part analyzes the factors that restrict the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The poor basic quality of teachers, the poor status of students, the poor leadership of school principals and the irrationality of school rules and regulations constitute the school factors that restrict the effectiveness of secondary vocational schools, and the influence of enterprise culture spirit on moral education in secondary vocational schools. The connection between the enterprise system and the moral education of the secondary vocational school, the demonstration effect of the enterprise staff and the lack of the sense of responsibility of the enterprise leader constitute the enterprise factors that restrict the effectiveness of the secondary vocational school. On the basis of the third part, the fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, mainly including how to set up a correct view of moral education and how to reconstruct the moral education system in schools.
