【摘要】：高職院校是我國高等教育體系中的一個重要組成部分,并以為我國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才為主要發(fā)展目標(biāo)。高職院校培養(yǎng)的人才廣布各行各業(yè),為我國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)奠定了良好的人才基礎(chǔ)。這支主要力量能否充分發(fā)揮他們的應(yīng)有作用,既要看他們是否具備應(yīng)有的專業(yè)技術(shù)能力,同時更要看他們是否具備應(yīng)有的思想政治素質(zhì)。“他們的思想政治狀況、道德品質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和健康素質(zhì)如何,不僅直接關(guān)系現(xiàn)階段中華民族的素質(zhì),而且直接關(guān)系未來中華民族的素質(zhì)。特別是大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)如何,更是直接關(guān)系到黨和國家的前途命運(yùn)�！备呗氃盒W(xué)生思想政治教育工作承載著加強(qiáng)和提高學(xué)生思想政治素的重要職責(zé),高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作進(jìn)展的如何,直接影響著學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)的高低。因此,加強(qiáng)研究高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育問題并全面了解高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,深入探析高職院校思想政治發(fā)展問題,并根據(jù)高職院校思想政治教育特點,探索進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育的改善建議,對提高高職院校思想政治教育水平有著極大意義。全文共分為三個部分:第一部分闡述了高職院校學(xué)生的特點、思想政治教育特點及思想政治教育的主要任務(wù),強(qiáng)調(diào)了高職院校思想政治教育在提升學(xué)生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)精神和加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的化文化修養(yǎng)等方面的重要作用。第二部分全面分析了我國高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀即存在問題,并對造成這些問題的原因進(jìn)行了剖析,為探尋改善高職院校思想政治教育建議提供了良好基礎(chǔ)。第三部分具體闡述了加強(qiáng)高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育的各項措施,分別從強(qiáng)化認(rèn)識、探索新的教育模式、構(gòu)建思想政治教育體系和構(gòu)建一支滿足思想政治教育的師資隊伍等方面提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China's higher education system, and the main development goal is to train outstanding talents for the socialist economic construction of our country. The talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges are widely distributed in various trades, which has laid a good talent foundation for the socialist economic construction of our country. Whether this main force can give full play to their due role depends not only on whether they have the proper professional and technical ability, but also on whether they have the due ideological and political quality. "their ideological and political status, moral quality, scientific and cultural quality and health quality are not only directly related to the quality of the Chinese nation at the present stage, but also directly related to the quality of the future Chinese nation. In particular, the ideological and political quality of college students is directly related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. " The ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges bears the important duty of strengthening and improving the ideological and political elements of students. The progress of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges directly affects the ideological and political quality of students. Therefore, we should strengthen the study of the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and fully understand the present situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges, and probe into the problems of ideological and political development in higher vocational colleges, and according to the characteristics of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, It is of great significance to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, the characteristics of ideological and political education and the main tasks of ideological and political education, and emphasizes that ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is improving the professional quality of students. It plays an important role in cultivating students' professional spirit and strengthening their cultural accomplishment. The second part comprehensively analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and analyzes the causes of these problems, which provides a good basis for exploring and improving the suggestions of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The third part elaborates the measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges, and explores the new educational model from the perspective of strengthening the understanding. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a system of ideological and political education and how to build a contingent of teachers to meet the needs of ideological and political education.
