內(nèi)蒙古建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院教師激勵問題研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育是我國職業(yè)教育的后起之秀,是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢,也是我國高等教育的重要組成部分。內(nèi)蒙古建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院是一所直屬于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)人民政府的全日制普通高等院校,于2007年成為全自治區(qū)唯一一所被教育部、財政部確定為“國家示范性高等職業(yè)院校建設(shè)計劃”的立項建設(shè)單位,這標志著該校已從眾多高職高專院校中脫穎而出,成為發(fā)展的典范。但是,學(xué)院在人力資源管理方面還存在著很多的不足,導(dǎo)致學(xué)院部分教師出現(xiàn)了職業(yè)厭煩的心理狀態(tài),表現(xiàn)為教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度不夠認真,教學(xué)能力、教學(xué)水平有待提高,教學(xué)方法存在缺陷,教學(xué)責任心不足等等。 本文針對內(nèi)蒙古建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院中的專業(yè)技術(shù)崗位,即專業(yè)教師崗位(不包括行政、后勤保障等崗位)進行了深入分析,探討了學(xué)院關(guān)于教師激勵機制方面存在的不足,并根據(jù)學(xué)院的具體情況提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策。希望本文可以對內(nèi)蒙古建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的激勵機制的建設(shè)有所助益,解決學(xué)院存在的一部分人力資源管理,尤其是教師激勵方面的問題,真正使教師在工作中能與學(xué)院共同成長發(fā)展,充滿激情與活力。 另外,本文是激勵機制在高職高專院校教師激勵方面的應(yīng)用,可以為人力資源管理理論提供良好的實踐支撐。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is the rising star of vocational education in China, the inevitable trend of the development of vocational education, and an important part of higher education in China. The Inner Mongolia Construction Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general university directly under the people's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In 2007, it became the only one in the whole region by the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Finance has decided to be the project construction unit of the National Model higher Vocational College Construction Plan, which indicates that the university has emerged from many higher vocational colleges and become a model of development. However, there are still many deficiencies in human resource management in the college, which leads to the psychological state of professional boredom among some teachers in the college, which shows that the teachers' teaching attitude is not serious enough, the teaching ability and the teaching level need to be improved. The teaching method has the defect, the teaching responsibility is insufficient and so on. This paper makes a deep analysis of the professional and technical posts in Inner Mongolia Construction Vocational and Technical College, that is, the professional teachers' posts (not including the posts of administration, logistics support, etc.), and probes into the shortcomings of the incentive mechanism of teachers in the Institute. And according to the specific situation of the college put forward the corresponding solutions. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the construction of incentive mechanism in Inner Mongolia Architecture Vocational and Technical College, and solve some problems in human resource management, especially in teachers' motivation. Teachers can really work with the college to grow and develop, full of passion and vitality. In addition, this paper is the application of incentive mechanism in teachers' motivation in higher vocational colleges, which can provide good practical support for human resource management theory.
