【摘要】：正為培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要的技術(shù)技能型人才,針對當(dāng)前高職教育實踐教學(xué)中存在的體系構(gòu)建不完備、模式創(chuàng)新性不強等主要問題,我院探索以人為本位,以技能維、技術(shù)維和素養(yǎng)維三個維度為取向,具有項目化實訓(xùn)室、綜合化實訓(xùn)中心、生產(chǎn)實訓(xùn)基地、頂崗實習(xí)基地四層結(jié)構(gòu),以"食宿訓(xùn)"一體,區(qū)域開放共享的創(chuàng)新模式,構(gòu)建具有高職教育職業(yè)性、生產(chǎn)性與實踐性特色的、系統(tǒng)化實踐教學(xué)體系,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,更
[Abstract]:In order to cultivate technical and technical talents who meet the needs of social and economic development, aiming at the main problems existing in the practice teaching of higher vocational education, such as the incomplete construction of the system and the weak innovation of the mode, our college is exploring the people-oriented position and the skill dimension. The three dimensions of technological peacekeeping and literacy are oriented, with the innovative mode of project training room, integrated practice training center, production training base and post training base, with the integration of "food and lodging training" and regional opening and sharing. To set up a systematic practical teaching system with professional, productive and practical characteristics of higher vocational education, to improve the quality of personnel training, and to improve the quality of personnel training.
