【摘要】：進入21世紀以來,經濟全球化浪潮使得高等教育的發(fā)展呈現出國際化的新趨勢,國際合作辦學成為一種嶄新的辦學模式。作為地方高校的桂林旅游高等�？茖W校(簡稱“桂林旅專”)也積極探索國際視野下的旅游人才培養(yǎng)模式,瞄準國際標準、注重國際接軌,大膽嘗試國際合作辦學,先后與加拿大喬治布朗學院、英國伯明翰大學、香港理工大學、澳門旅游學院等20多所境外高等院校建立了合作辦學關系。2010年11月,世界旅游組織將桂林旅游高等專科學校吸納為該組織教育委員會的附屬成員單位,桂林旅專因此成為世界旅游組織在中國選定開展合作的第一所高等院校。在世界旅游組織及其委托單位香港理工大學的幫助下,學校按照國際標準對酒店管理專業(yè)進行全方位教學改革,取得了顯著成果。20lO年11月聯合國世界旅游組織秘書長塔勒布·瑞法依不吝溢美之辭贊譽桂林旅�！昂献鬓k學已作為世界旅游組織開展各相關領域工作的典范,值得在世界范圍內進行推廣。”本文運用理論研究與實證研究相結合,定性分析和定量分析相結合,縱向分析與橫向分析相結合等方法,系統(tǒng)和綜合分析了桂林旅專國際合作辦學模式,期望有助于進一步促進我國高職院校國際合作辦學的發(fā)展。 論文主要分為六個部分： 一、從學校發(fā)展現狀、師資隊伍、人才培養(yǎng)目標和國際合作辦學四個方面介紹桂林旅專辦學基本情況。 二、從國際、國內和學校三個層面分析桂林旅專國際合作辦學的背景。 三、從國際合作辦學的三種模式：融合型、嫁接型、松散型分別介紹桂林旅專各系部的國際合作辦學內容。 四、總結桂林旅專國際合作辦學的特點：合作模式多元化,合作起點高,合作內容一體化。 五、介紹桂林旅專國際合作辦學的實踐效果：促進了教學改革的深化,促進了師資隊伍的優(yōu)化,促進了學生能力的提高,提高了學校的影響力。 六、論述桂林旅專國際合作辦學的啟示：樹立教育國際化理念是引領國際合作辦學的根本指針,打造優(yōu)質專業(yè)是開展國際合作辦學的重要基礎,注重辦學質量是國際合作辦學可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障,加強師資隊伍建設是搞好國際合作辦學的重要前提,多種模式并行是國際合作辦學的可行之道,堅持平等互利、相互尊重是國際合作辦學順暢運行的重要原則。
[Abstract]:Since the twenty-first Century, the tide of economic globalization has made the development of higher education present a new trend of internationalization. International cooperation in running a school has become a new mode of running a school. As a local university, Guilin Institute of Tourism ("Guilin brigade") also actively explores the training mode of tourism talents under the international perspective, aiming at the international market. Standard, pay attention to international integration and try to run a school in international cooperation boldly. It has established a cooperative relationship with more than 20 foreign institutions of higher learning, such as George Brown college in Canada, University of Birmingham, Hong Kong Polytech University, Macao Tourism Institute and other colleges and universities. The World Tourism Organization absorbs the Guilin Institute of Tourism to the education of the organization. With the help of the world tourism organization and its commissioned unit, Hong Kong Polytech University, the school has made a comprehensive teaching reform of the hotel management specialty in accordance with international standards, with the help of the world tourism organization and its principal unit, Hong Kong Polytech University. A remarkable achievement has been achieved in.20lO 11. Taleb Rifai, the Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization, praised the Guilin brigade "cooperation in running a school as a model for the world tourism organization to carry out all relevant fields of work. It is worth promoting worldwide." this paper combines theoretical research with empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. With the combination of vertical analysis and lateral analysis, the model of international cooperation in running school of Guilin brigade is systematically and synthetically analyzed. It is expected to help further promote the development of international cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.
The thesis is divided into six parts:
First, introduce the basic situation of Guilin tourism school from four aspects: the current situation of school development, teaching staff, personnel training objectives and international cooperation in running schools.
Two, from the international, domestic and school three levels to analyze the background of Guilin international cooperation in running schools.
Three, from the three modes of international cooperation in running schools: integration, grafting and looseness, the contents of international cooperation in running departments of Guilin brigade are introduced respectively.
Four, summarize the characteristics of international cooperation in running schools in Guilin: diversified modes of cooperation, high starting point for cooperation, and integration of cooperation contents.
Five, introducing the practical effect of the international cooperation in running school of Guilin Brigade: promoting the deepening of the teaching reform, promoting the optimization of the teaching staff, promoting the improvement of the students' ability and improving the influence of the school.
Six, to discuss the Enlightenment of the international cooperation in running school of Guilin Brigade: to set up the idea of education internationalization is the fundamental guide for leading international cooperation in running a school. To build high quality specialty is an important foundation for the development of international cooperation in running a school, and the quality of running a school is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of international cooperation in running a school, and the strengthening of the construction of the faculty is a good job of international cooperation. The important premise of running a school is that multi mode parallel is a feasible way for international cooperation in running a school. It is an important principle to adhere to equality, mutual benefit and mutual respect.
