【摘要】：當前,建設有中國特色的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系已然成為一項國家職業(yè)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,而構建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系國家制度是國家加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的重要抓手。職業(yè)教育作為教育的一個重要組成部分,承擔著培養(yǎng)人的任務,以教育學的視角審視現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系國家制度建設,其學理思路為:以人為本是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系國家制度建設的價值基礎,促進人的發(fā)展是其功能定位,構建以人為本的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系國家制度應該充分肯定人的價值和尊嚴、充分滿足人的發(fā)展需要、為人的發(fā)展提供自由保障、為人的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造有效的激勵和約束機制。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics has become a national vocational education development strategy, and the construction of a modern vocational education system is an important national grasp to accelerate the development of modern vocational education. As an important part of education, vocational education undertakes the task of training people, and examines the national system construction of modern vocational education system from the perspective of pedagogy. Its theoretical thinking is as follows: people-oriented is the value foundation of the national system construction of modern vocational education system, and promoting human development is its function orientation. The national system of modern vocational education system based on people should fully affirm the value and dignity of human beings, fully meet the needs of human development, provide free guarantee for human development, and create an effective incentive and restraint mechanism for human development.
