【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)高技能人才需求的日益增多，對(duì)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。由于高等教育的大眾化，招生人數(shù)的增加，高職院校對(duì)學(xué)生管理遇到了許多新問題，面臨著極大的考驗(yàn)。本文通過問卷調(diào)查，研究了山西省內(nèi)部分高職院校學(xué)生管理工作存在的問題、原因及對(duì)策，對(duì)高職院校如何面對(duì)新形勢(shì)，做好高職院校學(xué)生管理工作，探尋有效的學(xué)生管理模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)高職教育的育人目標(biāo)，具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 筆者發(fā)放問卷1500份，收回有效問卷1380份，，通過問卷調(diào)查，進(jìn)一步深入了解到當(dāng)前山西省高職院校學(xué)生管理存在學(xué)生素質(zhì)能力低下，學(xué)生管理人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺，學(xué)生管理組織力量薄弱、學(xué)生管理制度不健全、不科學(xué)等問題，分析了高職學(xué)生管理中存在這些問題的原因，一是教育內(nèi)部原因，包括學(xué)生生源結(jié)構(gòu)多樣化、學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍薄弱、學(xué)生公寓管理形式化以及學(xué)生自治組織不健全等不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前教育的蓬勃發(fā)展，二是社會(huì)外部原因，包括市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展給高職學(xué)生管理工作帶來巨大沖擊、社會(huì)文化消極的一面給學(xué)生管理帶來的影響。針對(duì)這些問題及產(chǎn)生的原因提出了“提高生源質(zhì)量促進(jìn)學(xué)生素質(zhì)能力發(fā)展、健全學(xué)校內(nèi)部機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生管理制度建設(shè)、強(qiáng)化專業(yè)教師的育人職能、提高學(xué)生管理人員工作水平”的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for highly skilled talents in our socialist market economy, higher requirements have been put forward for the development of vocational education. With the popularization of higher education and the increase of enrollment, higher vocational colleges meet many new problems in student management and face a great test. Through questionnaire investigation, this paper studies the problems, causes and countermeasures of student management in some higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, how to face the new situation and how to do well the student management work in higher vocational colleges. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to explore an effective student management model and to realize the educational goal of higher vocational education. The author gives out 1500 questionnaires and 1380 valid questionnaires. Through the questionnaire, it is further understood that the students' quality and ability are low in the students' management of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, and the experience of the students' management staff is lacking. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems in the management of higher vocational students, such as the weak organization of student management, imperfect student management system, unscientific management and so on. The first is the internal reasons of education, including the diversity of student source structure. The weakness of student counselors, the formalization of student apartment management and the imperfection of student autonomy organization can not adapt to the vigorous development of current education. The development of market economy has brought great impact to the management of higher vocational students, and the negative side of social culture has brought about the influence to the management of students. In view of these problems and their causes, this paper puts forward that "improving the quality of students, promoting the development of students' quality and ability, perfecting the internal mechanism of the school, strengthening the construction of the student management system, and strengthening the education function of the professional teachers," Countermeasures to improve the working level of students' administrators.
