【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育普教化嚴(yán)重,實(shí)踐課環(huán)節(jié)經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)學(xué)生對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)敷衍了事,,蒙混過(guò)關(guān)的現(xiàn)象,實(shí)習(xí)形式化嚴(yán)重。這其中可能有很多種原因:職業(yè)學(xué)校和提供實(shí)習(xí)的企業(yè)管理不力,學(xué)生本身的自制力差等等,但是根本原因還是在于學(xué)生在企業(yè)中進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)工作的時(shí)候,沒(méi)有一套有效的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)制度來(lái)作為支持。學(xué)生在企業(yè)進(jìn)行工作實(shí)習(xí)的模式?jīng)]有系統(tǒng)性和結(jié)構(gòu)性,職業(yè)學(xué)校和企業(yè)不知道應(yīng)該提供給學(xué)生什么樣的實(shí)習(xí)模式,不知道應(yīng)該以什么樣的方式去讓學(xué)生在工作場(chǎng)所中進(jìn)行有效的學(xué)習(xí)。本文對(duì)芬蘭職教學(xué)生在工作場(chǎng)所的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合我國(guó)的具體國(guó)情,來(lái)總結(jié)出一套適合我國(guó)職教學(xué)生在工作場(chǎng)所中學(xué)習(xí)的有效模式,為我國(guó)職教學(xué)生工作技能水平的提高提供一條有效的途徑。 本文共分四章。第一章主要論述選題依據(jù)、研究的背景和研究的思路。第二章通過(guò)分析與介紹芬蘭酒店、咖啡館、護(hù)理院、飛機(jī)維修四個(gè)行業(yè)的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)案例,來(lái)分析與總結(jié)芬蘭的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)模式。第三章在案例的基礎(chǔ)上分析與介紹了芬蘭工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)的具體原則、流程、方案。第四章針對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的發(fā)展困境和面臨的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合芬蘭工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)的成功之處,提出一些參考性的建議與啟示,以期為我國(guó)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,從而推動(dòng)我國(guó)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the vocational education in our country is becoming more and more serious, and the practice courses often appear the phenomenon of students muddling through the practice, and the formalization of practice is serious.There may be many reasons for this: poor management in vocational schools and enterprises that provide internships, poor self-control on the part of students themselves, and so on.There is no effective workplace learning system to support it.There is no systematic and structural model for students to conduct work internships in enterprises. Vocational schools and enterprises do not know what kind of internships should be offered to students.I don't know how to get students to learn effectively in the workplace.This paper studies the learning process of Finnish vocational education students in the workplace, combined with the specific conditions of our country, to sum up a set of effective models suitable for our vocational education students to learn in the workplace.It provides an effective way to improve the working skill level of vocational education students in our country.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the basis of the topic, research background and research ideas.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the workplace learning model of Finland by analyzing and introducing the workplace learning cases of Hotel Finlandia, coffee shop, nursing home and aircraft maintenance industry.The third chapter analyzes and introduces the specific principles, processes and programs of Finnish workplace learning on the basis of cases.In the fourth chapter, according to the difficulties and problems of vocational and technical education in our country, combined with the success of Finnish workplace learning, some suggestions and revelations are put forward in order to provide experience and reference for vocational and technical education in our country.So as to promote the rapid development of vocational and technical education in China.
