【摘要】：在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的時代潮流下,提升大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力迫在眉睫。為了探索高職院校動物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實施路徑,筆者通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談等方式對動物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)在校生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)情況、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師隊伍進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果表明:動物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的認(rèn)識不夠,但對核心能力認(rèn)識、心理品質(zhì)等有較清醒的認(rèn)識;導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊存在著缺乏學(xué)科背景、實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗等問題。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", it is urgent to promote the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students.In order to explore the implementation path of innovative entrepreneurship education in animal medicine major in higher vocational colleges, the author investigated and analyzed the situation of innovation and entrepreneurship among the students of animal medicine major by means of questionnaire, interview and so on.The results showed that the students of animal medicine did not know enough about innovation and entrepreneurship education, but they had a clear understanding of the core competence and psychological quality, and the tutors' team had some problems such as lack of discipline background and actual combat experience.
