【摘要】：由于不完全市場(chǎng)中的工資擠壓效應(yīng),企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的行為會(huì)隨著技術(shù)進(jìn)步有由成本偏好性向技術(shù)技能偏好性轉(zhuǎn)移的傾向,但其過程受到企業(yè)個(gè)體性因素的影響。在問卷調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,利用有序probit模型對(duì)當(dāng)前我國企業(yè)參與技能培訓(xùn)的偏好及個(gè)體性差異進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,我國企業(yè)參與技能培訓(xùn)的行為在整體層面顯示出顯著的技術(shù)技能偏好屬性,相反成本偏好屬性卻并不明顯。同時(shí),企業(yè)規(guī)模、核心生產(chǎn)要素等企業(yè)個(gè)性特征對(duì)企業(yè)參與技能培訓(xùn)的行為也有影響,使不同類型的企業(yè)參與技能培訓(xùn)表現(xiàn)出偏好性的個(gè)體性差異。
[Abstract]:Because of the effect of wage squeeze in incomplete market, the behavior of enterprises participating in vocational education tends to shift from cost preference to technical skill preference with technological progress, but its process is influenced by individual factors of enterprise.On the basis of questionnaire investigation, this paper analyzes the preference and individual difference of Chinese enterprises' participation in skill training by using ordered probit model.The results show that the behavior of participating in skill training in our country shows obvious technical skill preference attribute on the whole level, while the cost preference attribute is not obvious.At the same time, the enterprise size, core factors of production and other enterprise personality characteristics also have an impact on the behavior of participating in skills training, which makes different types of enterprises to participate in skills training show preference individual difference.
