高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)高職教育迅猛發(fā)展,人數(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到了大學(xué)生群體的49%以上,高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題凸顯出來(lái),因此做好高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的研究,有助于我們更好地把握高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀,了解影響其發(fā)展變化的因素,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,能夠做到有針對(duì)性地對(duì)其進(jìn)行教育引導(dǎo),促進(jìn)高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)和未來(lái)的職業(yè)發(fā)展,同時(shí)該研究也有助于在一定程度上拓展及豐富高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的理論研究,因而本研究具有重要意義。 本文研究是在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)職業(yè)價(jià)值觀研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等理論視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用社會(huì)學(xué)的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行的針對(duì)高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的研究,本文分為五個(gè)部分:緒論、理論研究、實(shí)證研究、相關(guān)分析、相關(guān)對(duì)策的提出。 本文通過(guò)向長(zhǎng)春工業(yè)大學(xué)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院和軟件職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院400名高職大學(xué)生發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者調(diào)查分析了高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值取向和職業(yè)目標(biāo)選擇沖突等問(wèn)題,并提出了職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的特點(diǎn)和其主要影響因素,認(rèn)為高職大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的主要特點(diǎn)是高職大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)時(shí),能夠考慮多方面的因素,自主選擇的能力表現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)的同時(shí)也暴露了選擇盲目性的特點(diǎn),主要影響因素是學(xué)生個(gè)人價(jià)值觀與社會(huì)需要相沖突,所學(xué)專業(yè)及整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程與社會(huì)職業(yè)需要關(guān)聯(lián)性不強(qiáng),學(xué)習(xí)期間沒(méi)有明確的職業(yè)規(guī)劃和有效的職業(yè)指導(dǎo),及家長(zhǎng)功利性價(jià)值觀的影響。 對(duì)此,筆者提出了一些對(duì)策,第一,要明確大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育體系內(nèi)容,確保指導(dǎo)方向的正確性:第二,要加強(qiáng)職業(yè)認(rèn)知和自我能力認(rèn)知,增強(qiáng)心理承受能力,確保學(xué)生正確看待自己,理性面對(duì)困難和挫折;第三,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)校規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)作用,做全程化的,系統(tǒng)化的,持續(xù)性的職業(yè)指導(dǎo);第四,培養(yǎng)高職大學(xué)生樹立適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀,確保學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會(huì)的職業(yè)需求,順利就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly, the number of students has reached more than 49% of the group of college students, the employment problem of higher vocational college students is prominent, so do a good job of vocational values of vocational college students.It is helpful for us to better grasp the present situation of vocational values of higher vocational college students, to understand the factors that affect their development and change, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures, so that we can guide them to education in a targeted way.To promote the employment and future career development of higher vocational college students, this study is also helpful to expand and enrich the theoretical research of vocational value education of higher vocational college students to a certain extent, so this study is of great significance.On the basis of combing the research results of professional values at home and abroad, this paper studies the vocational values of higher vocational college students from the perspective of sociology, psychology and other theories, using the method of sociology.This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, theoretical research, empirical research, correlation analysis, and relevant countermeasures.On the basis of the questionnaire of 400 vocational college students in Changchun University of Technology and Software Vocational and Technical College,The author investigates and analyzes the conflict between vocational value orientation and career goal choice of higher vocational college students, and puts forward the characteristics of vocational values and its main influencing factors.The author thinks that the main characteristic of vocational values of higher vocational college students is that they can consider many factors when they choose their jobs, and the ability to choose independently also exposes the characteristics of blindness.The main influencing factors are the conflict between students' personal values and social needs, the correlation between their major and social professional needs is not strong, and there is no clear career planning and effective career guidance during their study.And the impact of utilitarian values on parents.For this reason, the author puts forward some countermeasures. First, it is necessary to make clear the content of the education system of college students' vocational values, to ensure the correctness of the guiding direction; second, to strengthen the professional cognition and self-ability cognition, and to enhance the psychological bearing ability.To ensure that students look at themselves correctly, face difficulties and setbacks rationally; third, give full play to the guiding role of school planning, and do the whole process, systematic, continuous career guidance; fourth,To train higher vocational college students to set up vocational values to adapt to the development of the present society, to ensure that the vocational values of students adapt to the professional needs of today's society and to obtain employment smoothly.
