【摘要】：高等職業(yè)院校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室在現(xiàn)代科學(xué)發(fā)展中有著特殊的作用，不僅可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生動(dòng)手和解決問題的能力，而且也是教師科研創(chuàng)新的重要平臺(tái)。然而，在現(xiàn)實(shí)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中存在著儀器設(shè)備分布離散、自動(dòng)化程度低、管理人員缺乏、資源共享難等問題，如何將新技術(shù)引進(jìn)到高等職業(yè)院校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中來解決上述問題就變得尤為迫切。對(duì)此，本文開展了基于RFID技術(shù)的高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理方法研究。 本文在綜述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以管理學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo)，以RFID技術(shù)為支撐，開展了基于RFID技術(shù)的高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理方法研究。首先，分析了高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中面臨問題，以及RFID在實(shí)驗(yàn)室智能管理中的優(yōu)勢，闡述RFID用于高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室智能管理的必要性；其次，探討了基于RFID的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，，及其實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理方法，包括設(shè)備的管理、物質(zhì)管理和安全管理等方面；最后，將所提出的方法具體應(yīng)用到實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理中，以驗(yàn)證該方法可行性。 結(jié)果表明：將RFID技術(shù)運(yùn)用到高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中，通過設(shè)備間互聯(lián)，降低了實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器管理的難度；增加了儀器設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化程度，方便學(xué)生和教師的使用；減少了管理人員的數(shù)量，降低了實(shí)驗(yàn)室費(fèi)用，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源和信息高度共享，提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理和使用效率，為高等職業(yè)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室的智能化管理提供了一種有效的途徑，具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The laboratory of higher vocational colleges plays a special role in the development of modern science. It can not only cultivate students' ability to do and solve problems, but also is an important platform for teachers' scientific research innovation.How to introduce the new technology into the laboratory management of higher vocational colleges and universities to solve the above problems has become particularly urgent.In this paper, the research of laboratory management method based on RFID technology in higher vocational colleges and universities is carried out.On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad, this paper, guided by management theory and supported by RFID technology, has carried out the research of laboratory management method based on RFID technology in higher vocational colleges and universities.First of all, it analyzes the problems in laboratory management in higher vocational colleges and the advantages of RFID in laboratory intelligent management, and expounds the necessity of using RFID in laboratory intelligent management in higher vocational colleges and universities.This paper discusses the laboratory management infrastructure based on RFID, and its management methods, including equipment management, material management and safety management, etc. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the laboratory management.In order to verify the feasibility of the method.The results show that the application of RFID technology to laboratory management in higher vocational colleges and universities reduces the difficulty of the management of experimental instruments through the interconnection of devices, increases the degree of automation of instruments, and facilitates the use of students and teachers.It reduces the number of managers, reduces the cost of laboratories, realizes the sharing of resources and information, improves the efficiency of laboratory management and use, and provides an effective way for the intelligent management of laboratories in higher vocational colleges.It has certain application value and practical significance.
