【摘要】：目的:為提高高等職業(yè)院校(以下簡稱"高職院校")連鎖經(jīng)營管理專業(yè)醫(yī)藥方向人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:分析我國醫(yī)藥零售連鎖行業(yè)市場現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)目前人才培養(yǎng)模式的問題,針對弊端提出改革方案及措施。結(jié)果:基于我國醫(yī)藥零售連鎖行業(yè)市場規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、專業(yè)人才儲備不足、新零售模式形成的市場現(xiàn)狀,校企合作力度不夠深入、設(shè)置課程的實(shí)踐性和針對性不強(qiáng)、師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的培養(yǎng)模式現(xiàn)狀,提出以現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制為基礎(chǔ),校企共擔(dān)培養(yǎng)培育責(zé)任、招生即招工,共同設(shè)計(jì)課程體系、共同考核學(xué)生,構(gòu)建教師和師傅的"雙導(dǎo)師"教師隊(duì)伍。結(jié)論:基于現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的人才培養(yǎng)模式作為高職院校連鎖經(jīng)營管理專業(yè)醫(yī)藥方向教學(xué)改革的切入點(diǎn),有利于培養(yǎng)出符合行業(yè)需求和社會發(fā)展的高質(zhì)量醫(yī)藥管理人才。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality of medical personnel training in chain management major in higher vocational colleges (hereinafter referred to as "higher vocational colleges").Methods: to analyze the market situation of pharmaceutical retail chain industry in China, summarize the problems of talent training mode, and put forward the reform plan and measures.Results: based on the market scale of pharmaceutical retail chain industry in China, the shortage of professional talents, the current market situation of the new retail mode, the insufficient cooperation between school and enterprise, and the lack of practicality and pertinence in setting up courses,On the basis of the modern apprenticeship system, the author puts forward that the school and enterprise should share the training responsibility, recruit students, design the curriculum system and examine the students together.Construct the "double tutors" of teachers and teachers.Conclusion: the talent training model based on modern apprenticeship system is the breakthrough point of medical teaching reform of chain management specialty in higher vocational colleges, which is helpful to cultivate high-quality medical management talents in line with the needs of the industry and social development.
