校企合作質(zhì)量:現(xiàn)狀、問題與提升策略——基于蘇州市的調(diào)查

【摘要】:校企合作質(zhì)量對職業(yè)教育具有關(guān)鍵性的影響。以利益相關(guān)者理論為基礎(chǔ),對蘇州市若干職業(yè)院校的調(diào)查表明,校企合作的質(zhì)量總體上處于中等偏上水平,學生、企業(yè)、教師參與校企合作的活動在一定程度上達到了目的。存在的主要問題包括缺少政府的強力引導與便利的交流平臺、一些政策不適合企業(yè)的實際狀況、不少企業(yè)的參與熱情低、企業(yè)的一線資深員工積極性不高、部分學生職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)較低、部分教師沒有真正參與企業(yè)的實際工作、考核流于形式、頂崗實習學生的安全問題等等。針對這些問題,可以采取構(gòu)建校企合作信息共享的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺、加強頂層設(shè)計、完善政策、嚴格考核、為實習生購買保險、強化通識教育等措施,進一步提升校企合作的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The quality of school-enterprise cooperation has a key impact on vocational education.Based on the theory of stakeholders, the investigation of some vocational colleges in Suzhou shows that the quality of cooperation between school and enterprise is generally at the middle and upper level, and the participation of students, enterprises and teachers in the activities of cooperation between school and enterprise has achieved its goal to a certain extent.The main problems include the lack of strong government guidance and convenient communication platform, some policies are not suitable for the actual situation of enterprises, many enterprises have low enthusiasm for participation, and the enthusiasm of senior employees in the front line of enterprises is not high.Some students have low professional ethics, some teachers do not really participate in the actual work of the enterprise, the examination is just a formality, and the safety problems of the students in the post practice, and so on.In view of these problems, we can take measures to build a network platform for information sharing between schools and enterprises, strengthen top-level design, perfect policies, strictly examine, purchase insurance for interns, strengthen general education, and further improve the quality of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
