中職學(xué)校《禮儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:禮儀是人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)交往中形成的共同遵守的行為規(guī)范,它伴隨著人類文明的產(chǎn)生而出現(xiàn),伴隨著人類文明的發(fā)展變化而發(fā)展變化。而禮儀這樣的傳統(tǒng)美德如何得到傳播和宣揚(yáng),毋庸置疑,這就需要通過教育活動(dòng)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。而禮儀教育又需要開展、實(shí)施相應(yīng)的《禮儀》課程才能使得其教育目的得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校當(dāng)中,通過《禮儀》課程的教學(xué),能夠提高學(xué)生在禮儀方面的素質(zhì)、能力等,以此更好地適應(yīng)社會(huì)不斷變化的需求。然而,目前很多中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)還存在很多問題,這些問題在一定程度上,都將影響中等職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 筆者以“中等職業(yè)學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀”為主題,對(duì)幾所中職學(xué)校相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,采取了問卷調(diào)查與訪談?wù){(diào)查相結(jié)合的方式。通過對(duì)第一手資料的整理分析,總結(jié)出了目前中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)中存在的問題,分析了相關(guān)的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了中職學(xué)校《禮儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略。 本文總共分為引言、中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)概述、中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問題表現(xiàn)、中職學(xué)校《禮儀》課程存在問題的原因分析以及中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略共五個(gè)部分。 引言部分主要闡述了問題的提出、研究意義、研究的思路和方法,以及對(duì)該問題的研究現(xiàn)狀做了一系列的分析。 中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)概述部分,主要涉及幾個(gè)比較重要的概念,同時(shí)對(duì)中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)的必要性、類型等進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概述。 中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問題表現(xiàn)部分,主要是對(duì)目前中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問題的展示,通過文字與圖、表相結(jié)合的方式呈現(xiàn)出相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù),更加的明了直觀,使得這些問題更清楚地展現(xiàn)在大家的面前。 中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程存在問題的原因分析部分,主要是根據(jù)中職學(xué)校《禮儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問題表現(xiàn),相應(yīng)地分析了其中的原因。 中職學(xué)!抖Y儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略部分,從多個(gè)角度出發(fā),提出了能夠?qū)χ新殞W(xué)校《禮儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)起到優(yōu)化作用的策略。期望通過多方的共同努力,最終使得中職學(xué)校《禮儀》課程實(shí)踐教學(xué)能夠更加科學(xué)、有效的進(jìn)行和開展。
[Abstract]:Etiquette is a common standard of conduct formed by people in social communication. It appears with the emergence of human civilization and develops and changes with the development and change of human civilization.And how traditional virtues, such as etiquette, can be spread and propagated, without a doubt, needs to be achieved through educational activities.However, etiquette education needs to be carried out.In secondary vocational schools, the teaching of Etiquette course can improve the quality and ability of students in etiquette, so as to better adapt to the changing needs of society.However, there are still many problems in the practical teaching of Etiquette in many secondary vocational schools. To some extent, these problems will affect the realization of the goal of secondary vocational education.Based on the theme of "the present situation of practical Teaching of Etiquette course in Secondary Vocational School", the author makes an investigation of the relevant personnel in several secondary vocational schools, and adopts the method of combining questionnaire survey with interview investigation.Through the analysis of the firsthand data, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the practical teaching of Etiquette in the Secondary Vocational School, and analyzes the relevant reasons.On this basis, the optimization strategy of practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School is put forward.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, outline of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational school, problems in practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational school.There are five parts: the analysis of the causes of the problems in the Etiquette Curriculum in the Secondary Vocational School and the optimization strategy of the practical teaching of the Etiquette Curriculum in the Secondary Vocational School.In the foreword part, the author mainly expounds the problem's raising, the research significance, the research thought and the method, and makes a series of analysis to this question's research present situation.The outline of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational schools mainly involves several important concepts. At the same time, the necessity and types of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational schools are briefly summarized.The problems in practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School mainly show the problems existing in practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School, and show the corresponding data by combining words with pictures and tables.More clear and intuitive, so that these problems more clearly in front of everyone.The reason analysis part of the problems in the course of etiquette in the secondary vocational school is mainly based on the problems in the practical teaching of the course of etiquette in the secondary vocational school, and the corresponding reasons are analyzed accordingly.In the part of optimization strategy of practical teaching of etiquette course in secondary vocational school, this paper puts forward some strategies which can optimize the practical teaching of etiquette course in secondary vocational school from many angles.It is hoped that through the joint efforts of many parties, the practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School can be carried out more scientifically and effectively.
