教育公平理念下職業(yè)教育發(fā)展路徑探討

【摘要】:教育公平具有多個(gè)層次的內(nèi)涵,是權(quán)利、機(jī)會(huì)、過程和結(jié)果平等的綜合體。職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,能夠推進(jìn)教育公平內(nèi)涵的實(shí)現(xiàn);同時(shí),教育公平理念的貫徹,也能夠提升職業(yè)教育自身地位和發(fā)展水平,二者是良性互動(dòng)關(guān)系。但以教育公平的理念檢視,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展過程中,區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡、資源分配不公平、職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部體系失衡以及其在國民教育體系中地位邊緣。為此,應(yīng)該以教育公平理念為指導(dǎo),通過明確職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支持體系、優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育區(qū)域布局、轉(zhuǎn)變職業(yè)教育資源配置方式以及提升職業(yè)教育發(fā)展層次來實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育的公平公正發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Educational fairness has multiple levels of connotation and is a synthesis of equality of rights, opportunities, processes and outcomes.The development of vocational education can promote the realization of the connotation of educational equity, at the same time, the implementation of the concept of educational equity can also enhance the status and development level of vocational education, which is a benign interactive relationship.However, from the view of educational equity, it is found that the development of vocational education in our country is unbalanced, the distribution of resources is not fair, the internal system of vocational education is out of balance and the status of vocational education is marginal in the national education system.Therefore, we should take the concept of education equity as the guidance, and optimize the regional layout of vocational education by clarifying the system of supporting the funds of vocational education.To realize the fair and just development of vocational education, we should change the way of allocation of vocational education resources and raise the level of development of vocational education.
