從學生維度淺談職業(yè)教育吸引力的缺失與提升

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育吸引力的強弱,既是全社會對參與職業(yè)教育意愿的表征,也是檢驗職業(yè)教育社會價值的重要標志。當前,普遍存在職業(yè)教育對學生的吸引力缺失問題。從學生的視角來看,其根本原因是由教育工作者和職業(yè)學校二者學生觀的定位不清導致的。管理范式真正秉持"學生本位"的理念是提升職業(yè)教育吸引力的根本路徑,主要表現(xiàn)為"正確看待學生,避免灌輸"、"建立人性化的課程體系"、"學生民主管理的歸位"、"尊重學生專業(yè)選擇的意愿"、"關(guān)注學生心理健康"等具體路徑。
[Abstract]:The attractiveness of vocational education is not only a sign of the whole society's willingness to participate in vocational education, but also an important sign to test the social value of vocational education.At present, there is a general lack of attraction of vocational education to students.From the point of view of students, the root cause is the unclear orientation of students' views between educators and vocational schools.The management paradigm is the fundamental way to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education by adhering to the concept of "student-oriented".Avoiding indoctrination, establishing humanized curriculum system, returning to democratic management of students, respecting students' will to choose their major, paying attention to students' mental health and so on.
