【摘要】:近幾年來,隨著高考人數(shù)的減少,各大高校面臨著空前的生源危機(jī)。而職業(yè)院校由于其自身的特殊性,為了取得持續(xù)性發(fā)展,不斷地采取各種措施來提高自身的吸引力,,增強(qiáng)其在眾多院校中的競爭力,比如:擴(kuò)建學(xué)院規(guī)模,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,增加學(xué)院宣傳力度等等。而眾多措施中,申報(bào)示范院校項(xiàng)目成了職業(yè)學(xué)院奮斗的方向。在如此激烈競爭的環(huán)境下,任何單位或企業(yè)都不能靠一個人的力量來謀求生存和發(fā)展。因此,在此次項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與溝通管理是決定申辦示范院校成敗最為關(guān)鍵的因素。X職業(yè)學(xué)校,由于規(guī)模和經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,在創(chuàng)示范院校項(xiàng)目中面臨許多困難,尤其是在團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)方面存在許多問題和挑戰(zhàn),在一定程度上影響和制約著它的生存和發(fā)展。 本文通過深入調(diào)查X職業(yè)學(xué)校在創(chuàng)示范項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析,指出其團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)存在以下幾方面問題:一是運(yùn)作機(jī)制尚不成熟,管理模式有待完善;二是責(zé)權(quán)機(jī)制不完善,目標(biāo)不明晰;三是績效考核機(jī)制不完善,考評流于形式;四是團(tuán)隊(duì)文化建設(shè)薄弱,團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通管理有待加強(qiáng);五是過于關(guān)注短期利益,無法做到長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展;六是激勵措施不夠,激勵機(jī)制還需健全。針對以上幾方面問題存在的原因主要是:一是思想認(rèn)識不到位,管理缺乏人本主義;二是工作措施跟不上;三是內(nèi)部建設(shè)存在缺陷。 在理論研究和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,對職業(yè)院校在創(chuàng)示范院校項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和溝通管理方面存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的分析和探討,通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談等方式總結(jié)了一些應(yīng)對和改進(jìn)問題的措施:一是加強(qiáng)溝通管理,營造良好的合作氛圍;二是完善管理,加強(qiáng)運(yùn)作機(jī)制;三是重視團(tuán)隊(duì)文化建設(shè)。建設(shè)良好的、積極向上的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神 本文在理論上豐富和發(fā)展了職業(yè)院校在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的研究內(nèi)容,在實(shí)踐中也為正在實(shí)施國家示范性高職院校項(xiàng)目的各高職院校項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中在團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和溝通管理研究方面提供了借鑒和參考,能幫助職業(yè)學(xué)院在示范院校項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己存在的問題,采取有效措施,提高項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the decrease in the number of college entrance examination, the university is facing an unprecedented crisis of students and occupation colleges. Because of its particularity, in order to achieve sustainable development, continue to take various measures to improve their attractiveness, enhance their competitiveness in many institutions, such as: the expansion of the scale of college and improve the quality of teaching, increase college propaganda and so on. And many measures, declare demonstration project became a college of Career Academy in the direction of the struggle. In such a competitive environment, any units or enterprises can not rely on a person's strength to seek survival and development. Therefore, in the construction of this project, and the construction team communication management is the most important factor of.X occupation school to bid for the demonstration school success, due to the size and lack of experience, facing many difficulties in a demonstration project in Colleges and universities, especially in the aspects of team building There are many problems and challenges which, to a certain extent, affect and restrict its survival and development.
In this paper, through in-depth investigation based on the status of a X occupation school demonstration project team construction, through the analysis, pointed out in the following aspects: one is the construction of team operation system is not mature, management needs to be improved; two is the responsibility mechanism is not perfect, the goal is not clear; the three is the performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect. A mere formality; four is the weak team culture, team communication management needs to be strengthened; the five is too focused on short-term interests, unable to achieve long-term sustainable development; six is the inadequate incentives, incentive mechanism still need to improve. The reasons for the existence of the above problems are mainly: one is the incomplete understanding, lack of humanistic management two; work measures up; three is the defect of the internal construction.
Based on the theoretical research and practical experience on the combination of existing in a institutions demonstration project team building and communication management occupation colleges issues in-depth analysis and discussion, through questionnaires and interviews and sums up some problems and improve coping measures: first, strengthen communication management, create a good the atmosphere of cooperation; the two is to improve the management, strengthen the operation mechanism; the three is the importance of team culture construction.
