中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:中職教育的平穩(wěn)、健康發(fā)展,是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。中職教育肩負(fù)著為社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)技能型人才和高素質(zhì)勞動者的重要任務(wù),是輸出人力資源的大后方,對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)起著不可估量的作用。在新型工業(yè)化時期,建設(shè)一支數(shù)量可觀、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、質(zhì)量優(yōu)勝的師資隊(duì)伍,是我國中職教育事業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 本文在學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)檢索法、比較研究法和訪談法,,從基本理論到具體實(shí)際,依照理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的思路進(jìn)行論述。 首先,對本論文的提出、研究的價值意義和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述進(jìn)行了闡述。研究的價值意義主要有:加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校的兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的需要;加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校的兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是提高職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)效益、提升職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的需要;加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校的兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是加快中職教育實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的需要;加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校的兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要。 在第二部分中,介紹了中職教育兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論。包括中職教育及其特點(diǎn)、中職教育中的教師及其特點(diǎn)、中職教育中的兼職教師及其特點(diǎn),以及與中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題息息相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),為如何加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供了理論依據(jù)。 第三部分和第四部分是對我國中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀分析和典型案例分析以及啟示,主要從兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀、管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題等方面入手,為如何加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)起到了指導(dǎo)性的作用。 第五部分是文章的核心部分,為加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校兼職教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出了具體建議,主要包括全面提高認(rèn)識;科學(xué)制定規(guī)劃;完善政策法規(guī);加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè);調(diào)動企業(yè)參與的積極性和提高兼職教師的自身素養(yǎng)等。 希望通過本論文的論述和研究可以對我國中職學(xué)校兼職教師的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The steady and healthy development of secondary vocational education is the realistic need of our country's economic and social development.Secondary vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating skilled talents and high-quality laborers for the social development. It is the rear area of exporting human resources and plays an inestimable role in the economic construction of our country.In the period of new-type industrialization, it is the key to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in China to build a contingent of teachers with considerable quantity, reasonable structure and superior quality.On the basis of studying and summing up the relevant research in China, this paper synthetically applies the literature retrieval method, the comparative research method and the interview method, from the basic theory to the concrete practice, and discusses it according to the train of thought of the theory guiding the practice.First of all, this paper is put forward, the value of the study and related literature review are expounded.The value significance of the study mainly includes: strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is the need of the development of vocational education in our country, strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is to improve the efficiency of vocational education.It is necessary to improve the quality of vocational education, to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is to accelerate the secondary vocational education to achieve the goal of training, and to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools is the need of economic and social development.In the second part, it introduces the theory of the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational education.Including secondary vocational education and its characteristics, teachers and their characteristics in secondary vocational education, part-time teachers and their characteristics in secondary vocational education, and the theoretical basis closely related to the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.It provides a theoretical basis for how to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.The third part and the fourth part are the current situation analysis and the typical case analysis and the enlightenment of the construction of the part-time teachers in the secondary vocational schools, mainly from the structure of the construction of part-time teachers, management status and existing problems and so on.It plays a guiding role in how to strengthen the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.The fifth part is the core part of the article, which puts forward specific suggestions for strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools, mainly including comprehensive awareness, scientific planning, improving policies and regulations, strengthening the construction of the system;Mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprise participation and improve the quality of part-time teachers and so on.It is hoped that the discussion and research in this paper can contribute to the construction of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools.
