現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制導(dǎo)向的高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:一石激起千層浪,《教育部關(guān)于開(kāi)展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作的意見(jiàn)》(教職成[2014]9號(hào))的出臺(tái),在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域正式拉開(kāi)了“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)踐的序幕。什么是“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式?我國(guó)提出“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式的緣由與背景是什么?西方“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式的特征與趨勢(shì)是什么?當(dāng)前我國(guó)“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)踐中有哪些問(wèn)題?我們應(yīng)該如何構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色的“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式?這些則成了本文亟待解決的問(wèn)題。首先本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法在查閱相關(guān)資料、文件的基礎(chǔ)上,較為系統(tǒng)的對(duì)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在我國(guó)高職院校中提出的緣由及背景進(jìn)行了歸納與總結(jié)。在該部分主要從實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)職業(yè)教育與工作崗位無(wú)縫對(duì)接,破除課堂教學(xué)與實(shí)踐壁壘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與教師教學(xué)主動(dòng)性等三方面對(duì)“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)提出的緣由進(jìn)行了論述;同時(shí)從理論與實(shí)踐兩方面對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的背景進(jìn)行了闡述。其次,運(yùn)用比較法對(duì)西方“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式的特征與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了探索,它主要包括西方“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀、基本特征和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等方面。再次,在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用訪談法,對(duì)中國(guó)“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了歸納與總結(jié),其存在的問(wèn)題主要包含利益相關(guān)者認(rèn)識(shí)存在問(wèn)題、教學(xué)與管理運(yùn)行存在問(wèn)題、考核評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制存在問(wèn)題和外部保障條件存在問(wèn)題等四方面。最后,運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,在借鑒古今中外學(xué)徒制思想的基礎(chǔ)之上,并針對(duì)我國(guó)“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題,提出從“三位一體”的育人模式、“二元合一”的服務(wù)管理體系和“四評(píng)歸一”的考核機(jī)制、“多方聯(lián)動(dòng)”的保障機(jī)制等方面,構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色的“現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制”大學(xué)生人才培養(yǎng)模式,從而賦予“學(xué)徒制”現(xiàn)代的內(nèi)涵、民族的內(nèi)涵,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The opinion of the Ministry of Education on developing the pilot work of the Modern Apprenticeship system (No. 9 of the teaching post [2014] No. 9) has officially opened the prelude to the practice of the "modern apprenticeship system" in the field of vocational education throughout the country.What is the "modern apprenticeship" talent training model?What is the reason and background of the training mode of "modern apprenticeship" in our country?What are the characteristics and trends of the western "modern apprenticeship" talent training mode?What are the problems in the practice of the "modern apprenticeship system" in our country at present?How should we construct the "modern apprenticeship system" talent training mode with Chinese characteristics?These problems have become the urgent problems to be solved in this paper.First of all, this paper uses the literature method to refer to the relevant materials and documents, and systematically summarizes the reasons and background of the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges of our country.In this part, we mainly realize the seamless docking between vocational education and working posts in our country.This paper discusses the causes of "modern apprenticeship" talent training from three aspects of breaking the barriers of classroom teaching and practice and stimulating students' learning and teachers' teaching initiative, and expounds its background from both theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly, this paper explores the characteristics and development trend of the western "modern apprenticeship system" talent training mode by using the comparative method, which mainly includes the present situation, basic characteristics and development trend of the western "modern apprenticeship system" talent training mode.Thirdly, on the basis of investigation and research, the author summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in the practice of "modern apprenticeship system" talent training mode in China by using interview method. The existing problems mainly include the problems of stakeholders' understanding of the existing problems.There are four problems in the operation of teaching and management, the assessment and evaluation mechanism and the external guarantee conditions.Finally, using the method of combining theory with practice, on the basis of drawing lessons from the thought of apprenticeship in ancient, modern and foreign countries, and aiming at the problems existing in the practice of talent training mode of "modern apprenticeship system" in our country, this paper puts forward a "trinity" mode of educating people.The service management system of "duality in one", the assessment mechanism of "four comments and one", the guarantee mechanism of "multi-action", and so on, construct the "modern apprenticeship system" talent training mode of college students with Chinese characteristics.Thus endows the modern connotation of apprenticeship system with the connotation of the nation and the innovation of the content.
