【摘要】：近二十年來(lái)，我國(guó)民辦高等教育經(jīng)歷了從無(wú)到有，從弱到強(qiáng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程，它已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分，滿足了人民高等教育需求的多樣化，向社會(huì)輸送了大量人才，對(duì)推動(dòng)教育改革起到了不可磨滅的作用。但在民辦高校快速發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中，也伴隨著一些問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)，師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問(wèn)題尤為突出，它已經(jīng)成為阻礙民辦高校發(fā)展的瓶頸。因此，民辦高校如何打造一支高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 本文以SY職業(yè)學(xué)院為例，，從人力資源的相關(guān)理論出發(fā)，通過(guò)對(duì)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀分析，找出師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在的不足和問(wèn)題，并針對(duì)學(xué)院實(shí)際，重點(diǎn)提出了師資招聘、師資培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效考核方面的優(yōu)化方案，以及圍繞當(dāng)前熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了討論，希望能對(duì)民辦高校的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供一點(diǎn)值得借鑒的思路和措施。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, the private higher education in our country has experienced a process of development from nothing to existence, from weak to strong. It has become an important part of higher education in our country and has met the diversified needs of people's higher education.A large number of talents have been transferred to the society, which has played an indelible role in promoting educational reform.However, in the process of rapid development of private colleges and universities, there are also some problems, especially the construction of teachers, which has become a bottleneck hindering the development of private colleges and universities.Therefore, private colleges and universities how to build a high-quality faculty has become the focus of attention.This paper takes sy Vocational College as an example, from the theory of human resources, through the objective analysis of the current situation of the construction of teachers, find out the shortcomings and problems in the construction of teachers, and aim at the actual situation of the college.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of teacher recruitment, teacher training, performance appraisal, and discusses the construction of "double qualified" teaching staff, which is a hot issue at present.It is hoped that it can provide some valuable ideas and measures for the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities.
