【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育研究隊伍的建設(shè)需要依托于組織機構(gòu)的設(shè)置,文章對140所高職院校的高教研究機構(gòu)設(shè)置情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在重視不夠、機構(gòu)功能不健全、名稱特色不鮮明、教研隊伍建設(shè)薄弱等問題。本文從建立高教研究機構(gòu)重要性、建立咨詢系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)設(shè)置機構(gòu)、健全機構(gòu)職責(zé)、彰顯名稱特色、加強隊伍建設(shè)、加強制度建設(shè)等方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of the research team of higher vocational education needs to rely on the setting up of the organization. This paper investigates the setup of the higher education research institutions in 140 higher vocational colleges, and finds that there is insufficient attention, the functions of the institutions are not perfect, and the name features are not distinct. This paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects: the importance of establishing higher education research institutions, the establishment of consultation system, the establishment of scientific institutions, the perfection of institutional responsibilities, the display of the characteristics of the names, the strengthening of the construction of the ranks and the strengthening of the construction of the system.
