【摘要】：頂崗實(shí)習(xí)存在學(xué)生傷害風(fēng)險(xiǎn),開(kāi)展頂崗實(shí)習(xí)必須防范學(xué)生傷害。對(duì)學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)傷害防范應(yīng)建立政府統(tǒng)領(lǐng)下的學(xué)校、實(shí)習(xí)單位和學(xué)生三方共同防范的機(jī)制,學(xué)校應(yīng)對(duì)學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)傷害防范盡組織者的管理職責(zé),實(shí)習(xí)單位應(yīng)盡實(shí)施者的管理職責(zé),學(xué)生在頂崗實(shí)習(xí)傷害防范中也應(yīng)履行必要的義務(wù)。但從抽樣的100所高職院校頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理制度的相關(guān)規(guī)定來(lái)看,高職院校防范學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)傷害的制度建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀。職業(yè)教育頂崗實(shí)習(xí)涉及多方主體。政府必須對(duì)職業(yè)教育頂崗實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生傷害防范制度建設(shè)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌謀劃,切實(shí)建立起學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)傷害多方聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制,確保學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)安全。
[Abstract]:Internship students internship must carry out the risk of injuries, prevent injury. The injury prevention practice students should establish a government under the command of the school for students' internship students and three party mechanism to prevent the injury prevention, as the organization's management responsibilities internship school student should, internships should as far as the implementation of management responsibilities, student injury prevention should also perform the necessary obligation in the post. But the relevant provisions of post practice management system from 100 Vocational Colleges of Higher Vocational Colleges sampling, system construction damage prevention status of student internships is not optimistic. Occupation education internship involves multi subject. The government must on the occupation education internship students injury prevention system the construction of the overall planning, and establish multi damage mechanism for joint prevention and control of student internships, ensure student safety.
