【摘要】:德育實(shí)效性是教育界乃至社會(huì)十分關(guān)注的問題,是學(xué)校德育改革的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。中等職業(yè)教育作為教育的重要組成部分,越來越成為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展不可或缺的力量,但由于高校不斷擴(kuò)招,普高持續(xù)升溫,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校面臨著生源質(zhì)量下降、教育難度加大、就業(yè)形勢嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),加之長期以來人們對(duì)職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的功利性理解,這些勢必都會(huì)影響到德育的實(shí)效性,導(dǎo)致德育目標(biāo)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)。面對(duì)現(xiàn)狀,找出造成德育缺乏實(shí)效性的原因,探尋解決問題的方法,是我們這些在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校工作的教育者當(dāng)務(wù)之急的研究任務(wù)。 本文所進(jìn)行的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的專題研究,從理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的角度切入,力圖為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)德育工作,探索中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐發(fā)展提供一些思路。 本文在肯定以往德育成效的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性存在的問題進(jìn)行了全面的分析和反思,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,論述了提高中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育實(shí)效性的必要性和必須遵循的原則,試圖賦予職業(yè)教育目標(biāo)以新的內(nèi)涵,堅(jiān)持以人為本的德育新理念,轉(zhuǎn)變職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的教育觀念,提升全體教師的德育素質(zhì)和育德能力,探索中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生思想品德形成的規(guī)律,拓展德育實(shí)施的途徑,構(gòu)建有職業(yè)教育特色的德育體系,突破學(xué)校德育的封閉性,整合社會(huì)、家庭德育力量,盡最大可能提高中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育實(shí)效,為德育工作提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important part of education, secondary vocational education, as an important part of education, has become an indispensable force for the development of national economy and society. However, due to the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities and the continuous heating up of Pugao, secondary vocational schools are faced with the challenge of decreasing the quality of students, increasing the difficulty of education, and the severe employment situation, in addition to the utilitarian understanding of the goal of vocational education for a long time. These are bound to affect the effectiveness of moral education, resulting in the goal of moral education is difficult to achieve. In the face of the current situation, find out the causes of the lack of effectiveness of moral education, explore solutions to the problem, It is an urgent task for educators who work in secondary vocational schools. The special research on the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools in this paper, from the angle of the combination of theory and practice, tries to further improve the work of moral education. To explore the practical effect of moral education in secondary vocational schools and provide some ideas for the development of theory and practice. On the basis of affirming the achievements of moral education in the past, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and reflection on the problems existing in the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and adopts the method of combining experience summing up with theoretical analysis. This paper discusses the necessity and principle of improving the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, tries to endow the goal of vocational education with new connotations, adheres to the new idea of moral education based on people, and changes the educational concept of teachers in vocational schools. To improve the quality and ability of moral education of all teachers, to explore the law of the formation of students' moral character in secondary vocational schools, to expand the ways of implementing moral education, to construct a moral education system with characteristics of vocational education, and to break through the closeness of moral education in schools. The integration of social and family moral education forces, as far as possible to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, to provide a useful reference for moral education work.
