定州市職業(yè)技術教育中心“雙師型”教師隊伍現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育以學生就業(yè)為導向,以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的技能型應用人才為目標,更強調(diào)為地方經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展提供“零距離”服務。職業(yè)教育要著力培養(yǎng)學生的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。這就要求職業(yè)學校的教師應將生產(chǎn)一線的生產(chǎn)工藝和技術要求作為重要的教學內(nèi)容,采用教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結合的工學結合的教學方式,注重提高學生的實踐技能。這樣,“雙師型”教師隊伍建設,就成為職業(yè)教育內(nèi)涵建設的根本。但是,我國中等職業(yè)教育中,“雙師型”教師數(shù)量缺口較大、專業(yè)素質(zhì)不高、培養(yǎng)培訓體系薄弱,,還不能完全適應新時期加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的需要。 隨著國家對職業(yè)教育的重視和理論研究的深入,“雙師型”教師隊伍建設方面的研究,取得了豐富的研究成果,在一些國家級示范校建設過程中也積累了一些“雙師型”教師隊伍建設的成功經(jīng)驗。但是,與高等職業(yè)教育的研究相比,中等職業(yè)學校“雙師型”教師隊伍建設的研究還不夠豐富,從現(xiàn)狀入手有針對性地對“雙師型”教師隊伍建設的實踐問題的探討和分析還比較少見。 本文通過對定州市職業(yè)技術教育中心“雙師型”教師隊伍建設現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,對該校“雙師型”教師隊伍建設存在的問題及成因進行了分析,并對該校“雙師型”教師隊伍建設提出了一些對策和建議。一是確立“雙師型”教師的認證標準和培養(yǎng)制度;二是拓展“雙師型”教師培訓渠道,提升培訓水平;三是嚴格師資引進,加強對兼職教師的管理;四是搭建平臺,建設“雙師型”教學團隊。五是積極引導“雙師型”教師注重學生的德育工作。希望能對學校的師資隊伍建設提供具有參考價值的解決問題的對策;也能為中等職業(yè)學!半p師型”教師隊伍建設這一理論研究提供一實際的例證。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:一是強調(diào)進一步深化校企合作機制,在服務地方經(jīng)濟的同時,加強“雙師型”教師隊伍建設。二是強調(diào)對“雙師型”教師的培養(yǎng)、培訓和管理,關注“雙師型”教師的專業(yè)化和自主發(fā)展。三是注重以學校為主導,以教師為主體,充分發(fā)揮教師的積極性,實現(xiàn)學校發(fā)展和教師個人發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一。四是積極引導“雙師型”教師注重學生的德育工作,在對學生進行德育過程中,也能不斷提升自身德育能力和素養(yǎng),成為真正的“雙師”。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is guided by students' employment, aims at cultivating high-quality skilled talents, and emphasizes providing "zero distance" services for local economic and social development. Vocational education should focus on fostering students' professional ethics. This requires the teachers of vocational schools to take the production technology and technical requirements of the production line as the important teaching contents, and adopt the teaching method of combining work and learning with the combination of education and production and labor. Pay attention to improving students' practical skills. In this way, the construction of "double-qualified" teachers is the foundation of the connotation construction of vocational education. However, in the secondary vocational education of our country, the number of "double-qualified" teachers is large, and the professional quality is not high. The training system is weak and can not fully meet the needs of speeding up the development of modern vocational education in the new period. With the national attention to vocational education and the deepening of theoretical research, the research on the construction of "double-qualified" teachers has made rich research results. In the process of building some national model schools, some successful experiences have been accumulated in the construction of "double qualified" teachers. However, compared with the research of higher vocational education, The research on the construction of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools is not rich enough. It is rare to discuss and analyze the practical problems of the construction of "double qualified" teachers from the point of view of the present situation. Based on the investigation and research on the present situation of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Dingzhou Vocational and Technical Education Center, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Dingzhou City. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of the "double qualified" teachers in this school. One is to establish the certification standard and training system of the "double-qualified" teachers, the other is to expand the training channels of the "double-qualified" teachers, and to improve the training level. Third, to strictly introduce teachers and strengthen the management of part-time teachers; fourth, to build a platform. The fifth is to actively guide the teachers to pay attention to the moral education of students. It can also provide a practical example for the theoretical research on the construction of double-qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools. The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: first, the emphasis is placed on deepening the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises, while serving the local economy, strengthening the construction of the "double qualified" teachers, and second, emphasizing the training, training and management of the "double qualified" teachers. Pay attention to the specialization and independent development of the "double qualified" teachers. Third, we should pay attention to the school as the leading factor and teachers as the main body, and give full play to the enthusiasm of the teachers. Fourth, we should actively guide the "double-qualified" teachers to pay attention to the moral education of students, and in the process of carrying out moral education to students, they can constantly improve their own moral education ability and accomplishment, and become true "double teachers".
