高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展之“河南模式”研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育的龍頭,對(duì)于推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。集團(tuán)化發(fā)展是目前政府積極倡導(dǎo)的高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式,,這種模式能否在實(shí)踐中健康發(fā)展并日臻完善,迫切需要理論研究的跟進(jìn)。 本文采取文獻(xiàn)法、比較法與訪談法,以河南省高職教育集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,試圖總結(jié)提煉并研究分析“河南模式”的生成邏輯、主要特色、現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及其根源,并據(jù)此提出“河南模式”進(jìn)一步完善的對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展提供借鑒。 本文共分為七個(gè)部分: 第一部分,導(dǎo)論。介紹了本文的選題背景、研究意義、核心概念、研究綜述、研究方法與研究思路。 第二部分,高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展“河南模式”的生成邏輯。梳理了河南省高等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展模式生成的時(shí)代背景、理論依據(jù)、制度保障與歷史進(jìn)程。 第三部分,高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展“河南模式”的特色。指出河南省高等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展模式的主要特色有:政府主導(dǎo),統(tǒng)籌結(jié)合,引導(dǎo)就業(yè);校企結(jié)合,校際合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏;行業(yè)凝聚,區(qū)域服務(wù),互不重疊;人口密集,規(guī)模龐大,任重道遠(yuǎn)。 第四部分,高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展“河南模式”存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),河南省高等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展模式的主要問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)在:集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的激勵(lì)與約束機(jī)制過(guò)軟;集團(tuán)成員服務(wù)集團(tuán)的責(zé)任感不強(qiáng);農(nóng)業(yè)大省涉農(nóng)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)缺乏;集團(tuán)合作囿于省內(nèi)缺乏開(kāi)拓視野;集團(tuán)活躍度低沒(méi)有形成市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)。 第五部分,國(guó)外職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展模式及其啟示。介紹了澳大利亞、德國(guó)、荷蘭、印度等國(guó)家職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并提出對(duì)河南省高等職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的啟示。 第六部分,高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展“河南模式”持續(xù)完善的對(duì)策建議。根據(jù)前文的分析,提出高職教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展“河南模式”從雛形到規(guī)范、從松散到相依、從城市到鄉(xiāng)村、從省內(nèi)到省外、從一般到卓越的發(fā)展建議。 第七部分,結(jié)論與討論?偨Y(jié)了本論文的主要研究結(jié)論、研究貢獻(xiàn),并提出了后續(xù)研究空間。
[Abstract]:As the leading role of vocational education, higher vocational education plays an important role in promoting the development of vocational education and economic society. Whether this model can be developed and perfected in practice urgently needs the follow-up of theoretical research. Taking Henan higher Vocational Education Group as the research object, this paper adopts the methods of literature, comparison and interview, and tries to summarize and analyze the logic, main characteristics, existing problems and their root causes of the "Henan Model". On the basis of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further perfection of Henan model in order to provide reference for the group development of higher vocational education. This paper is divided into seven parts:. The first part, introduction, introduces the background, research significance, core concepts, research review, research methods and research ideas of this paper. The second part, the formation logic of "Henan mode" of higher vocational education collectivization, combing the background, theoretical basis, system guarantee and historical process of the formation of higher vocational education collectivization development model in Henan province. In the third part, the author points out that the main characteristics of the collectivization development model of higher vocational education in Henan province are: government leading, overall planning, employment guiding, unifying between schools and enterprises, and inter-school cooperation, the third part, the characteristics of the collectivization development of higher vocational education in Henan Province. Achieve win-win; industry cohesion, regional services, not overlapping; densely populated, large scale, long way to go. In the 4th part, the problems and causes of the development of the "Henan model" in higher vocational education are found. The main problems of the development model of higher vocational education in Henan province are: the incentive and restraint mechanism is too soft within the group; The sense of responsibility of the group members is not strong; the agricultural vocational education group is lacking; the group cooperation is limited by the lack of development vision within the province; the low group activity has not formed the market effect. In the 5th part, the author introduces the experience of the development of vocational education collectivization in Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, India and other countries. The enlightenment to the development of higher vocational education group in Henan province is also put forward. In the 6th part, the countermeasures and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the "Henan model" in the development of higher vocational education collectivization are put forward. According to the analysis above, the "Henan model" for the group development of higher vocational education is put forward from embryonic form to norm, from loose to dependent, from city to country. From within and outside the province, from general to excellent development advice. Part 7th, conclusion and discussion. This paper summarizes the main research conclusions, research contributions, and puts forward the future research space.
